I purchased one sofa set from here, it was very good. Shop have different varieties of latest furnitures. Staff was also nice, recommend to everyone.

Great experience with evok having a large collection of sofas and many more kind of furnitures. If you are going to purchase any furniture they give good discount. All staff members are also cooperative.

I have gone to gomati nagar show room on 18th may 2023 and booked one queen size bed, to be deivered latest by may28,2023.but till date it us not delivered due to lapse of their staff.for his lapse i suffered.
now no one is picking up my phone nor replying to mail.

Perticular in this store sales person first priority is " How they pulled out money from the coustomer pocket"
by fake commitments.
After receiving the payment no help from the sales person or delivery team. They don't bother to complete the deal. They harras the coustomer by not picking up the call nor delivering on time.

Ordered a sofa 18 days back. Was told it would be delivered within 10 days, it was not. And one the day they decided to deliver was given a time still did not deliver at that time. Horrible service. Really helpful while you are buying something after buying they provide no help at all. Horrible service. No customer support after payment.

Good collection of all type of furniture, items are also value for money. Has good parking space, and lift.

Quite a big store with a lot of in-store stuff on display. Very courteous and helpful staff, who are happy to show you around.
Delivery was a bit delayed due to the intervening Diwali holidays but Neha madam helped out by coordinating during the delivery and installation process. I am a satisfied customer.

We visited the store thrice to select furniture for our new home and Ms Neha as also all other staff members were always warm and accommodating, and were super helpful to us. Thanks to evok for delivered this sofa before delivery date. My family used this sofa almost one week. After one week I writ hve this review.
1. The quality of sofa is very good it's very soft and comfort feeling when we sit on this.
2. Material of this sofa is also good.
3. I purchased maroon colour and the colour is exact matching.
4. With this sofa two small pillow was given thanks to evok its very soft I generally use this pillow when I sit on sofa and watching TV.
It's a worthy buying for my family.

Very poor. They don't have even a single furniture ready and if you order with them, you will cry on their services. I ordered a centre table and made the full payment of Rs. 14,000/- on advance. They committed to deliver my table within 12 days. When I enquired after 20 days, they kept telling some stories but did not deliver. After 28 days they delivered it and told us that an installation man will come tomorrow and assemble the table. 2 more days passed and I am still waiting for the installation man to come, and writing this review. So don't buy from them, better you order directly from Evok Website. They offer 5% discount on the first purchase. Don't make mistake like I did.

Went to the new store near Chandan Hospital. The collection is good so bought a bed and they took the complete payment beforehand only. The lady in the store said it will be delivered before 10th. Then each day she had a new reason of not getting it delivered and now she says we'll try to get it delivered before 16th. I don't get what the problem is. If you simply can't take the responsibility then don't make false statements.
Worst service ever. So disappointed.

Mostly modern sheesum wood (Indian rosewood) furniture is present but have other modern furnitures as well. The design and decor will make you glued to the store. It is mostly impossible for you to leave the store with out buying anything. Bed, bed sidetable, center table, dressing table, shoe rack, dining table, decor, sofas you will find it all. The best part is that all the designs are different from the design that are offered by several other brands.

Certainly overpriced in name of brand, 2 door wooden wardrobe they are selling for around 18000 and that too under discount. One can get the same quality at around Rs 10000 in other non brand furniture shops.

Lock quality is very poor in their wardrobes.
In brief what they do is list Rs 10000 worth quality and designed product at say MRP Rs24000 and then give discount to please customers and the sell it for Rs 18000.

The range of furniture is good. You will get a lot of design and quality to choose from, however the prices are on the higher side. If you would like to spend hefty amount on the items you can go to this place.
