Extra Care Physiotherapy Lucknow (Specialized In Spine Manual and Neuro Rehab )

Recently I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Santosh sir, whose expertise creates an environment that fosters healing and comfort. I've been suffering from grade 1 Spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 for 2 years but when I visited sir he identified the real problem n made me realise that because of chronic pain of 2 years I had also posture problem & scoliosis & Akansha ma'am did my Posture analysis test. She has also very gregarious nature.sir explained the problem I was facing n later he suggested 14 days sessions of physiotherapy for an hour. I've completed my 14 sessions there n now feeling much relieved.though I'm not completely painless yet taking painkiller n medicines for 2 years I didn't expect that much even.in a little span of time I got 60 to 65 percent relief & further progress would come with regular exercises apprised by sir. I really want to thank & appreciate Ashmita ma'am who took all the efforts to make my life painless n explained me all the excercises in a very well manner that I could remember because before visiting there I didn't know the E of
excercises.her empathetic nature towards her patients is really commendable.the whole staff of Extra care is friendly. So I'm really grateful for the outstanding level of medical care I received there. Extra care is just an arena of comfort. I would highly recommend them.if anyone is facing spinal issues or another problems which sir provides services for.

I had stiff shoulder and hip muscle. The treatment given was excellent as my pain decreased. My physiotherapist Ms. Asmita took good care of me. Overall atmosphere of the centre is very good and nice. Everyone is very helpful and caring.

Knee problem
लेकर इस सेंटर में आई थी । 1st day से ही आराम मिलना start हो गया । Santosh Sir बहुत ही अपने सारे patient के प्रति समर्पित हैं ।सभी patient का बहुत ध्यान रखते हैं । मेरी physiotherapist Miss Asmita हैं ।उन्होंने बहुत ही मेरा ध्यान रखा ।बहुत हिअछे से मेरी therepy करवाई ।इसी से मैं काफी हद तक ठीक हो गयी हूँ । Thank you Extra Care ।थैंक

I was suffering from Neck and Shoulder pain and the pain tend to cause Headache. After getting therepy from Extracare (Asmita Tiwari Maam) for 30 days the pain is not completely gone and the strength has been improved.
Not only that the exercises are explained in a very good way by Asmita Maam that I am able to perform them in proper manner. The staff here at Extra care is very supportive and always greet everyone with a very positive notion. Santosh sir is provided very good care in this physiotherepy center by providing his guidance on my condition and focus areas to improvey pain and condition.

Initially when I came here, my shoulder was stiff and it pained a lot. Only after attending 5 session my shoulder felt a lot in place and pain was totally gone. Highly, highly recommended place

I do not have an issue with the centre but I was made to give a positive review after 2 days only. My session was for 10 days.

Can anyone give proper review if the therapist will sit near you and ask you to review it. Obviously not.

All these review you ll read are made with special requests. I got fooled because of the review. You do not make such mistakes.

I believe only the Director Upadhyay Sir has perfection. He has to attend new patients. Only. 1-2 and last 2 days time u ll get from him. Most of them are not even worth giving time

Came for my neck and back pain. Dr. Upadhyay was very accurate with his diagnosis and the treatment. The center is fully equipped and has a very polite and care giving staff. The physiotherapists are very attentive and caring towards all the patients. My pains were fully cured and relieved. Special mention of my physiotherapist Mr. Virendra for my sessions by giving me all the required attention and help.

I had problem in walking due to calf injury and hardening. Extra care cured me now able to walk and feeling better thanks to Santosh sir, Virendera sir and all the team of Extra care
