They have very pathetic behaviour. They don't have any well defined recruitment process. They had worked new employees free of cost few days. Then after finalize his/her selection. Even they don't give you any offer letter/joining letter or neither completed documentation until you will selected. If you rejected after few days then they don't pay a single penny. Even they don't credit salary on time after joining. And work culture is also not very well. So wisely take your decision before join there. They are very cunning people. So guys handle that person very wisely. Best of luck
