Pathetic service center…… they charged me Rs 9300 for iPhone 7 Plus battery replacement. They have very arrogant attitude …… worst service center of apple ….

Good service experience
Staff (Girl sitting in the reception) is of very supportive nature she just listen my problem and fix it down in less than 1 hour and handed my iphone to me.

The worst place, they took 1hr waiting time when there were only 2people other then me.
The whole store was suffocating as no ac was working

My mac was not starting, they simpy told logic board need to be changed costing 60000+ INR, then same laptop i got it repaired at only 27000 INR

Very bad customer service, rude, impolite uncooperative front desk executives (aqeel and niharika). The behaviour of the lady (niharika chaturvedi) is specially bad. I needed assistance for apple id password recovery.my iphone wasn't working and wanted an apple device for changing password.these ppl didn't even help me with that. The customer care number lady urged them to help me but they denied. I had to pay multiple visits to their store for a simple problem.they aren't trained in diagnosing the problem. The only thing they know is replacement. The engineer Mr Anoop Jaiswal isn't any good either.

Went there to replace my iphone 11 display combo, on call they told that it will cost 17000, but when i reached there they told to replace the whole phone by paying 41000, whose new cost is 39000 itself

Aqeel staff at F1 solution and Niharika at service centre is very helpful kudos to them for giving excellent service.

They didn’t even accept the phone for repair. Kept asking for some or the other details. Unprofessional staff. Useless service centre!

Worst service Center.i visited for face id issue in my 11 pro max they told me that it’ll cost 67k but at home i reset my phone and it starts working

Worst experience here. My iphone 12 rear side is damaged as it fell down. I went here to get it repaired. The mechanic said that it cant be repaired. He DIDN'T EVEN took the phone in his hand. I asked why it cant be repaired. He said that IF HE OPENS it, the phone will be dead. No apple service centre will get it repaired. Actually this CANT be repaired.

I asked wht is the alternative.

He said apple will replace it. I asked the amount i have to pay. He said that u have to pay atleast 49000 inr.

He is SUCH A JERK or mad. I can get a new phone in this price.

F.k. 0 star i wud have given. But there is no option for it.

Worst APPLE SERVICE experience.

Worst service possible, declared my brand new iphone 12 as damaged.and didn't provide any warranty. Instead of understanding the problem they were looking for scratches, dents, any wear and Tears so that the can void the warranty.pathetic

Friendly staff and quick service, would recommend to anyone looking for any Apple related services.

Do ask for Niharika and Aqeel for assistance.

About the Location: It is easy to reach there. Situated approximately behind the Z-square. No problem for parking there for a limited number (that not mean you park your vehicle there unnecessarily), that makes such places hastle-free esp.in busy cities like Kanpur.

About the staff: Everything was well managed. They follow all the necessary protocols and proper procedures. Staff is polite and co-operative.

About the service: Service is also prity smooth and fast.they call the customers to inform when Device/Machine is ready. They will remind you on a daily basis until you collect your device.

Easy service experience for apple devices and accessories, warrenty claims etc. Polite and cooperative staff, clean area and enough seating

I am taken my phone service in the F1 service center. Great job done by serving my phone issues is resolved on in 1770/-. An other service center saying that your phone display needs replaced and change is 17000/-

Professional and friendly staff, I went there to get my MacBook charger replaced under warranty, I received a replacement in 4 days as promised. Very nice people.

Both Folks available their were kind and helpful, I visited to get my mac adapter replaced - the process was really smooth.
The best part the Resolution TAT was really awesome.
Just one advice to management - to keep spare adapters for enterprise customers!

Only one staff member is available in service center so waiting hours is to much, but she consider my problem, and replaced my adapter same time

Edit: Very bad service and unprofessional people, don't give them your macbook especially if it's out of warranty. They are not trained. I gave my working macbook just only for internal cleaning, they ruined it and at the time of delivery it was not turning on, they pretend that they didn't aware of it. Again if your product is out of warranty don't ever go to apple service center especially F1.

Ya! My experience was good.they understood my problems and provide me with the remedies but they even don't know that the same problems may arise again or not.

The technicians have little or no knowledge about what is wrong with a product.
The best solution they will give you is to replace the entire product.

The service is great, the atmosphere inside the center is organised. One star missing because the desk staff should be more customer friendly and honest with repair status of the product.

It's authorized apple service centre, so you can rely on it. It is listed in official apple site.

They people are so lethargic, dont want to work or check and only focus on swapping which is most easy for them.apple should take stringent action against them.customers are never happy after visiting there.

Very peacefull service center, no rush no work load on staff.
All staff are so kind. The service is also awesome.

I request to iPhone and apple customer don't go there! One Representative is sitting in front of door she is so rude person.
If you have iPhone and want to tell your problem, then she is trying to go back without repair or listen problem.

I think F1 info is also told her to do this types of activity.

The staff here is so cooperative they repaired my realme 3 pro very professionally specially the man who repairs the phone was very friendly.its far better than govind nagar service centre for realme mobiles.

Got my phone serviced within 30 minutes. All the complaints were attended. Cooperative staff members.

THE WORST SERVICE CENTER PERIOD! The place has a staff which probably is as clueless and gloomy as the place itself. They not only exhibit dismal levels of knowhow but also lack any drive or enthusiasm to help you out with your issue. The front desk staff is all you get to interact with and stared at and please bear in mind to not to offend them by asking any questions on what they tell you.
The irony is that since this is the only service center in Kanpur, its all we have got and maybe because of this very reason they take the customers for granted.
So my humble opinion and advise is if you can please avoid this place at all costs, travel to Lucknow and get your device fixed, maybe the state of affairs is better there. In all sincerity never expected a service center to be like this, least of all of apple.
