Pathetic experience. Not once but many times. They just tend to reverse from the offers anytime wish too. You literally have to ask 2-3 times if the tag they are showi g a particular brand is correct or not. When u select items and get to billing counter they say its not in the offer.

Bought 1st time with TBFO.
It was a great experience. The quality of the dress was awesome in such a great price

It was very good when it was named brand factory but now this is not a great place also pricing is not that good. Very few known Brands exist, mostly local brands

Everything is at good price. There are branded clothes, shoes, home furnishings, bags for male, female and kids at cheaper prices.

Offers are very nice and various brands are available here. Pls visit here for better offers.

Pathetic place, they make you fool by by putting first copy products on sale and that product will not be good will get faded

This is not good they are having only home products they making fool in the name of brand factory they having only homemade products

Nice place for buying clothes and discohnts are great but the quality is not that great, it is good but not just making the cut

The place is good but need a little maintenance the place is a bit dirty. The collection is good ot needs a bit organising.

I have rated two star because of your setup rest I was very dissapointed that your appointed staff is least interested in helping customers to find their choice of products for which they have visited
When I visited every thing was messy even there was no space to move clothes we thrown over hangers your staff was busy passing joke and enjoying and simply saying no when I asked for track suit as I was unable to track
I just want to give a suggestion store in charge should move around and have a look over everything
Doing this will help you to retain customer giving discount and showing no interest thinking that customer has come and will come because we are giving discount is wrong aspects of thinking

Have variety of collection but they keep lot of old stock.

Worst place to visit.pathetic one.u will just waste your time.u will not b able to find anything of your size there.its like sea of clothes inwhich u will struggle to choose your size.n staff v un cooperative.pls donn waste your time.

Customer service could improve. They have employed many temporary staff who are not trained to offer good service to the customers

In the starting I start to love this. But after some time they start to increase the prices of their products.
I bought two jackets one shoe the copy OF ADIDAS. 2 travelling bags. 1 men's short. And all these things proved. Less than my expectation with time. It's quality is litterally cheap. So finally. Never going to buy soon from this place.

The staff is good and polite. The parking space is not that big but there is ample space around which can be used to park your vehicle

Good place having wide rangr of prestigious brands at very reasonable prices, though it do not offers very lavish brands, it is just ok ok outlet where u can get ur daily wears but cannot get ur proper office attires or party attires

Nice collection of brands but the quality is the big issue as it seems like they put all the outdated cloths on the sale.also the price is a big issue with this which I think not worth as per the quality of product sold by them. But sometimes you would get nice deals.

Awesome price and all other things but need to upgrade the services for smooth shopping like: alteration charges and service time
