I went for my car service at Sahibabad service station this month. When I came back after service I found my centre looking hooter is not working, I went there they said that it was not working when u came. Never go.

Non cooperative experience from service advisor my car was stuck near their workshop due to the broken alternator belt at around 5: 45. I visited their workshop and asked about the belt the advisor told me that they can't repair as they are going to close their services for the day and they also can't give the belt as they are not eligible for counter sale.this is the way they treat a person having problem

Charges are very high.for general service charging almost 12 K for petrol Swift. Have to be genuine charges, unnecessary parts charges to make it bills not work so long in service industries.

Poor service, not repaired all listed items.damage my car AC temperature adjustment nob. Not completed the task timely.
No sincerity to in entertaining customer.
Over all poorest service i receive in 10 year of services with Maruti Suzuki.

Last one year i am complaining for steering but every time service incharge said that i have adjusted and greasing and now there will be no problem.last month about six week ago i have again visited service center for servicing and same problem.service incharge mr sanjeev told that steering assembly required to be replaced and it will take about 10 day.after 15 day i have contacted mr Sanjeev, he said that assembly has not available in store.same was again and again told by mr sanjeev.lastly he told me that you contact my GM mr thakur but same story was repeated again and again.steering is so defective that can make accident any time.can any person from nexa will help me.my vehcle no is DL12CL5282.

Worst maruti suzuki service available out there!
don't even know how to wash the vehicle and then they will make the bill for the work u never allowed.

Absolutely thugs when it comes to taking ownership of their fault. I paid 15K after service which resulted in my engine breakdown the very next day and the management didn't take any ownership at all. Never go there, try Rohan Motors instead - they know their engines well.

Had a normal car service.engine oil etc regular parts cost 4500/- and total service charge was 4000/-. The final bill 8500/-
looks like maruti service is going to be not reachable for normal consumer

Going against their repo n name these guys didn't provide even 10% of what was required.n charged hefty for small things even thatservice was not provided. Even I raised my issue with the concerned man but he didnt pay heed to it. Poor guy n worst service exprnc i hv ever had. If tym had permitted i would hv brought the matter to main Maruti team. Time waste with mony waste.very unsatisfied works they can not diagnose proper problem of vehicle if you are going to wheel problems they are creating the gear problem. Thanks a lot of fast track sahiba bad.

Sir my name is shubham kumar my car number is UP 14 CJ 8902 which was accident on 24th september 2019 i gave the fast track to my car to be recovered in sahibabad
The time of recovery of my car was told for five days and when he got fixed, he called me and told me that you can take your car but when I went to get the car, it made me wait from morning to evening and then in the evening the car bill Said to do
When I went to see the car before making the bill, the car's stepney and toolbox were missing from it. When I went to the cash counter to talk about the bill, then the cashier in the cash counter started talking to the person and abused him. He started talking and also threatened that I am a local citizen and got out of the counter and grabbed my collar and hit me.
Sir, it is my fault that I bought Maruti's car, it is my fault that I asked him where my luggage is, sir, this happened to me quite often and he also killed the dent in my car.
And together I insulted me in front of everyone when I asked where my luggage was, they did not say what to do.
Sir, after service he used to call from here and used to say that Sir, if you ever get a call from Maruti, please give a 5 star rating, if you did not give a 5 star rating, then they will remove us from their jobs by doing so. Spoke so i never had any complaints

Sir, I have lost faith in the Maruti company. From now on I will never ask any of my friends to take a Maruti car. The service of fast track is cheap and very useless Sir

I am also ashamed to say that Maruti is India's number one brand️️

Bad experience, I got my vehicle serviced here and immediately after the service vehicle was not able take load on CNG however on petrol it was running fine (Not to mention it was working fine with CNG before servicing). Next day I took the vehicle back to service station they did some work but not able to fix the issue and suggested to get it done in a near by local CNG setting shop and in the local shop it was found that three parts needs to be replaced, which costs around 2K and they are not willing to take the responsibility of damaging parts.

Nice Services, good workman and having skilled labors, i recommend them for a hassle free Maruti Authorized service centre.

Bad experience with fast track sahibabad they are making only money in services they asked me to put scienthic oil in my car they filled normal engine oil worst experience with you fast track sahibabad in 7 months only my car need to change oil after the service

Take too much time for service or even to process and file for insurance. Every time I visited, I had to wait for atleast 2 hours to get the work done.

Bad experience for me. No one take care of customer. Staff co-ordination is very poor. They did not take any warranty of their service. Total time waste.

Totally bad service center. They lost the parts
from vehicles and no one take responsibility and work which left in mid process and delivered the car to owners. Doesn't test properly.
