I am very much impressed by the dietitian Ankita Mishra, who is very caring and sympathetic and kind to the patient. Whenever I come OPD for consultation with Dr Lokesh Kumar Gupta, cardioexpert. I take Ankita 's advice on diet chart plan resulting in very good improvement. I am very much thankful to her pertcularly and entire hospital management genreally.

Hello friends I want to share my experience to all of you Fatima hospital is very good hospital i have pre mature child he take birth in 6month 23days he was admitted in nicu in under observation Dr Naveen Pandey sir he is the best doctor he is very caring and kind.in nicu all the staff was very good but I meet a girl she was very caring and such a nice human being her name was Divya ma'am she take care of all the children like his own mother very sweet and very kind girl I found in nicu I want to say she was very caring nd best sister in Fatima hospital in nicu. Thank you Naveen Sir and Divya ma'am.

4th day here, highly satisfied with TPA staff, nurses and doctors, except for a few exceptions in IPD billing counter.

Pros: Nice cleanliness, lots of nurses are available all the time at your service, private wards available, medicines are provided at discounted prices (never seen in any other pharmacy of a private hospital), various good doctors under a single roof, blood bank also available here.

Cons: If you are coming here for baby birth, chances of normal are very low, this is pretty much the case in all private hospitals.

Fatima hospital is very nice and here all type of facility available like opd and ipd and ataff are very cooprative and helpfull MRD is also here

Excellent services at Fatima hospital, this is my first time visit in this hospital. Excellent patient care I have received. Doctors and nurses are very cooperative for treatment and care.

Visited hospital, but inspite of extreme cold there is no water dispenser for getting hot water of patients, one has to purchase Kinley water bottle @20 and give 5 rupees extra to cafeteria for getting warm drinking water, hospital charges a lot of money, but can't give the basic amenities to patients

Okay, all type patients accepted here.near to gorakhpur railway station and bus station, kutch hetu, collectorate, medical college and AIIMS. Blood Bank also available.

The night security guard is very arrogant and disrespectful in ICU ward.

He does not have manners at all to talk to the patient's attendents.

The other staffs are well mannered and helpful in all ways.

Nice hospital with clean environment and staff. Doctor charges are low as compared to other hospitals but other things like medicine, room are high and they just find a way to charge you anyway.otherwise ok

All in all, average Hospital, some of the doctors are very polite but some of them only want's to make money by hook and crook.

Registration: -
At registrations they made a blunder mistake due to which they marked my wife's father name as her husband's name. That takes a lot of effort to get fixed and costs me more than 5 hours of back and forth to several departments.

Rooms:
They have 3 types of rooms general ward, private room and Deluxe room. The cost of the rooms are ok as per their prices.

Doctors:
The gynecologist Dr. Mamta Shukla whom we visited was very good and provided accurate information.
Had mixed type of experience in the Paediatric department as the doctor who visited our new born baby was not good. Also some of the sisters behaviour was very rude and bad.
I asked for a simple thing as a parent to give my baby medicine in front of me to one of NICU staff, whenever he needed as I want to make sure he is alright.
But they take it otherwise and started yelling, so cheap mentality.

Medicine Department:
Needs to make some necessary changes over there, like if any of the medicine or medical items doctor already used from the department stock then in that case they only have to mention about the list of those items and can be billed later instead of sending patients attendant to get those medicines just to restock them. That thing can be done internally.

Other support staff:
They are ok.

Canteen: Food is ok but tea is not good.

The best cardiac center for CARDIO VASCULAR AND THORACIC SURGERY (CTVS) including Open Heart Surgery and interventional cardiac surgery in Purvanchal

Staff are not cooperative. One of NICU staff is very ill mannered. Even she doesn't know how to behave with patients.

Secondly, discharge formalities are very poor. They left me to keep waiting for five hours.very frustrating.

Patients care is top priority at this hospital. Doctors are treating patients like family member.

Fatima Hospital is one of the best and cheapest hospital in Gorakhpur. Here nearly every disease specialist doctors are present. Cleanniness is present at every sight. There is church present Inside the campus. Nearly all the rooms are Air conditioning. Only the people allowed to enter must have hospital pass. In a room five beds are present. Nurses and working staff are quite co-operative.

The facility of this hospital is up to mark and doctors including staff behavior is also very caring.

बहुत ही गैर ज़िमेदार और बदतमीज़ नर्सिंग स्टाफ, है।
मरीज इनकी प्राथमिकता बिल्कुल भी नहीं है।
सब सीनियर और जूनियर नर्स आपस मे गप करने में time waste करती हैं।
डर, द्वारा लिखी गई सुबह की दवा दोपहर को ओर दोपहर की दवा रात को, ओर रात की दवा आधी रात को देती हैं।
उसके बाद सारा नर्सिंग स्टाफ अपना केबिन बंद कर के लाइट ऑफ करके सो जाती हैं।
मरीज की कोई चिंता नहीं है इन्हें।
ओर मरीजो व तीमारदारों से बहुत ही बदतमीज़ी से पेश आती हैं।
ये चाहती है कि इनसे कोई सवाल जवाब न करे अपने मरीज को लेकर।
जो ये करें चुप चाप देखते रहिये।

I would definitely give a five star to FATIMA HOSPITAL and it's staff for the amazing experience. My uncle had major complications in his arteries and the procedure required was quite technical. The doctors and the operating staff were so dedicated they did the angioplasty with great efforts.

I would recommend Fatima Hospital to everyone who is to undergo angioplasty or bypass and also heart check ups.

I have been visiting obs & gynea department from past 3 month regularly and have observed the same bedsheet on the inspection bench placed inside the dr cabin which is not hygenic at all so it must be replaced with paper roll bedsheet which are being used everywhere nowdays so that once the patient is there it can be changed or rolled over for the next patient and in this time this is the most important aspect you guys need to work on.secondly the opd sisters are either not educated or ill mannered coz they are there to help the patient not rule them.patient is there for the help they seek sympathy and care not dictatorship so please guide them to be polite with the patient coz they are disrespecting the whole sole of the hospital which was the most important thing for the mother terresa and that is humility.please please please focus on the sanity and hygiene of the obs and gynea department because there are plenty of lives being nurtured.
Glad to know that you are noticing and appreciate your effort to respond but even if the bedsheet is changed on daily basis hygiene issue remains as it is coz 100s of patient lie on the same bedsheet in a day which is again not to be excused concern, can't you suggest the management team to replace the cotton bedsheets with the paper roll bedsheet which can be rolled over after every single time a patient uses it?

Fatima Hospital is a good hospital in this variour facilities are available. Here the nurse's and Doctor's & all the workers' are always active & for treatment and help of the patient.

A very good and well mannered hospital. It is quite cheap as compared to the other hospitals. Great hospitality. The doctors are very good and all facilities are available here. For army personnel it's quite good as they can claim the charges later on. Big parking space available. Here you will find a canteen also. From time to time they organise medical camp for people below poverty line. Overall full stars is a must.
The fees for general OPD is ₹120 and they have a self operated medicine counter too.

Worst and arrogant Gynecologist in gorakhpur, they treat women till end creates panic to say fake bad news. When all is well then the time of delivery miss dr tripathi refused to care and referred to other hospital.

Non A. C room's facilities with a ceiling fan don't justify it's cost 2000 per day. Mosquitoes management is worst.
