Very polite and helpful staff. Very caring doctors. Dr Nupur Jain is a good, understanding and caring doctor. Showed to Dr Ashmita Ranjan. She is a listens very carefully to patients problems. She also listens to the attendant accompanying with the patient. Dr Rahul Arora showed to him for heart problems. He is a good and an understanding doctor.

Very bad experience. Kahte kuch hai or Karte kuch or. Insurance covered tha tab bhi 24000 dene pad rhe hai.fever me CT Scan Kiya. I hate the hospital.

Hospital. With zero facility. Not a single doctor is qualified to look after the patient. U can be looted in every possible manner. Be aware before going to this so called hospital.

The staff and doctors were good.
We were satisfied with the treatment as well as the facilities provided by the staff, nurses and doctors.

The vaccination was quick and convenient for us. It was done in 10 minutes of arrival. The atmosphere is clean & hygienic. Highly recommend visiting this hospital for fast service.

Lack of proper cleaning, number of patients to doctor ratio is quite low, doctor was attending many patients at the same time. If the doctor treating you is experienced then there is a possibility that you are in safe hands.

Hospital's staff is very approachable and helpful. Mritunjay resolved my concern on covid vaccine with a quick turn around time. He took an action without following up when he was back in hospital after his weekly off. This shows how Responsible he is.

Dr Bhumika is best out there.all nursing staff is good.hospital is ok while drinking water, and attendant food & tea are not upto mark.

The hospital is neat and clean. The staff is cordial. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vinod for the efficiency and quality of service provided.

Seriously I never enjoyed an injection before, staff is really cool and helpful, recommend to all. It's really easy to get vaccinated from Felix Hospital.

Unprofessional staffs. It seems they are not adequately trained. The pharmacy person gave entirely different medicine from what Dr.had prescribed. Not bothered to atleast confirm from the doctor in case of any doubt. I believe many poor patients are coming to this hospital who are not that much literate. Only God can help them. Overall not recommended at all.

I like the way the doctors treat patients and we'll mannered. They take care that patient feel comfortable.

Felix Hospital is one of the Best hospitals around this area. We came here in emergency with our 2.5 years baby having high fever. Doctors took no time to attend us nicely and started treatment immediately. Dr. Nikhil is a fabulous pedeatrition who cared for my baby with all the necessary medication. Support staff is so kind and generous who helped us during the tough time when baby was difficult to handle.
Dr. D. K. Gupta the owner and a wonderful pedeatrition visited frequently and took care of my baby personally.
We are so grateful and would like to express Gratitude for Felix Hospital and the team for their support and contribution for my baby's recovery.

They are having excellent behaviour towards the patient also they have a best facilities. I must say at very short time they had made their reputation so gigantic none other can do.as they have follow up program as well and many more facilities.

One in a million Doctor with matchless surgical skills is how I will rate dr dahiya mona. I had painful periods with excessive bleeding and doctors at Kolkata told me that i cannot conceive because of endometriosis.well life opens possibilities and my husband got posted in delhi and fortunately we met dr mona. I am personally motivated for life with her assuring attitude and love her so much for giving me a baby with ivf.

We had a life saving experience for my father. The staff has a lot of humility and respect for patient and their family, which is generally missing in the biggies like Escorts, Apollo or Max.
Even having not know us personally Dr Rahul Arora (Cardiologist), Dr DK Gupta and Dr Rashmi Gupta owners of the hospital gave us family like priority treatment because of my father's critical state.

All doctors are highly qualified, professional, transparent and genuine.
Healing is just not medicine, but also psychotherapy, which Felix Hospital excels in.
