There are lot more other options where you can get atleast good service on time and good staff behaviour. If you are trying to contact them they don't give a f.k.

I gave my car to Fidato service on 22nd febuary and got my car back on 14th march. I had this insurance from policy bazar from where Fidato car service was assigned to me for repair work.
Overall experience with Fidato company was good. The team handled all the work in claiming the insurance very smoothly.
All the damaged parts were repaired properly.
The only thing that was concerned here was delay in delivery and still some unfitting in parts which was no doubt got fixed hand to hand after I noticed.
Everything else was good.
I am somewhere satisfied with their work and would recommend to others

Worst Service and horrible experience.

One of the worst Car service workshop i have seen.my car met with an accident in 25 June 2022 and got delivery after 2 months after too many follow ups every week. Never ever go there if you don't want to be cheated. Mechanics are unprofessional, they don't know how to diagnose the problem, they are only interested in making huge bills nothing else. They created total bill around rs 53000 and they had done only denting painting of front side in this bill. Because after do work car engine was still hitting and they used only water instead of coolant when i see.

Even if you still want to go then take pictures of your car (End to End) before submitting and record every call which you get from their adviser as they will bluntly say No on your face when issue happens.

It's a big spacious workshop. The owner seemed to be genuine.
The labour charges are on the higher side. Paid 300+GST Rs as labour charges for getting the AC air filter removed. The filter costed ~800Rs for the ecosport. Overall paid ~1200 Rs for a small job.

Excellent Airconditiong of my Swift Dzire done today. The workshop has all equipments for AC service. Economic and worth for money and my car AC has become new.

When I ask them to produce pictures, they can’t do it. Because they know they are at fault. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS AMD THEIVES.

Service and diagnosis of vehicle was very appropriate. They don't suggest unnecessary part changes. The Service and quality of work was satisfactory. Owner personally takes care of each vehicle.

One of the worst Car service workshop i have seen. Please do not visit if you love your vehicle. They don't care at all. Please talk to their Owner as he might can give clarity and right information but in my case no one was there.
Advisor - Vikas Chauhan - Remember this name - This guy is man with no words. He called me to center on Sunday to collect Car and when i reach no one was there in work shop. Next day when i asked then he denied and asked me for call recording if i have. What should i do?
I submitted by vehicle for just minor changes on both bumpers that was covered under Zero Dep but get it back with lot of issues and after struggle of 15 days. I got my Car with below listed additional services:
* Door Wiser was broken - They don't have any proof
* Battery was dead however when i submitted my car the battery was absolutely okay Condition - No clarity
* Fog light not working - They forget to fix it however this was the primary work
* Engine Cover Broken - I saw when i reach home
* CNG not working - I get to know when i went to CNG station
I am still awaiting for more surprises when i will service my car.

My engine is shiesed after repair no problem found, before that I feel ki car sell kar du but after repair muje aacha feel hua car me koi problem nahi hai

I gave my car in insurance claim on 25th June 2021 with the commitment from Fidato people to get it back in 10 days. However we received it after 40 days of struggle. During these days we were trying to get in touch with the people and did not received satisfactory replies.
Further the quality of work is itself visible in photos attached. Have a look at the pathetic work done in the side mirror and the windshield. Windshield looks like just pasted with no rubber beading and all for protection. Further to add we have paid approx. 20000 from our wallet along with a total of approx. 64000 (given by insurance company) for this sort of service. In addition some parts are being removed which were previously present.
I will never recommend this place for anyone. Worse pain ever to get our car destroyed and paid for the same.

I had given my car in insurance claim but instead of waiting the approval painted my one quarter panel which was not approved by insurance company and due to this i have to pay for it which i don't want to do and when i deferred from paying that cost of painting the staff misbehaved and told that they will again damage my car if i will not pay them that amount and whoever wants that someone intentionally damage my car due to this I have to pay for it.

The bumper trim that they are supposed to change which was approved by insurance by insurance company but along with it they damaged my Hyundai logo it has been broken and also provided some dent on my newly painted bumper and they are not agreeing for it that this is there mistake even i provided the photos of before and after.

Very bad experience I have and never gonna visit this garage or recommend anybody for this
