Very bad. They have given us difacted piece and do not trust their customer's. Seriously customer services are also very poor I don't recommend anyone to visit this shop

Satisfactory experience!
Staff to be active at least at working hours! They already have limited member and few of them get out of the shop to eat/drink something and the remaining they just watch the TV and eat the tobacco. Blah blah!
The executive is fine but the same tabaco habit he's also having, while having conversation with him most of time he just split.
Go at your own choice no specific recommendation as others. Far better than others only in quality of product else worst of the worst in Customer Service etc.

Excellent place to purchase electronic goods, very well facilities and delivery at doorstep.
Best part of this shop is that you will get the best price of each item amongst others.
No one can give you the discount that they provide.

After cash purchasing and billing of AC is not delivered. Next day, a salesman said that sir you can purchase other model your selected AC is out of stock and we can not arrange them either you purchase the other model or you can refund your money.

FRONTLINE ELECTRICAL STORE -EPITOME OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The customer service is pathetic over here. I have purchased Hitachi 4 star ac on 31st of March from this store, the sales person has promised delivery and installation within 24 hours on full payment. But the very next day he has refused to do so and declined to provide any explanation. The way they are treating customer is sad and very unprofessional at their end. My advice is don't trust this store and the sales person over here. Since, they can decline the delivery, they can refuse the service in future too. STAY AWAY FROM FRONTLINE ELECTRICALS.

Best electronics showroom in Agra with the variety of products. Best part is their display and polite attitude which makes them best in Agra.

Service is very bad no one respond as well as not respond by phone during service call.only respond during product sales.
