Worst hospital. Denyist vivek gautam Doctor call for meet at 12 am but he is not there even it's 2 pm. Asked at reception no response. No one knows when Vivek Gautam will come. Complete waste of time and money.

Staff tell you doctor will see u soon, soon he will be in office.their soon means after 3hours i have got there at 8oclock morning but doct didn't come before 12.30 very irresponsible doctor as well as thier staff.my suggestion is don't go here for any medical investigation or cunsultant
Very bad experience

Hospital is good but for general ward at second floor no of western toilets is only one which is an issue in high rush situations, there are 3 bathrooms out of which 2 can be converted in to western toilets because patients can wait for shower but not for motion.

I am honestly telling this is the biggest fraud hospital in the world
I am requesting everyone please don’t visit in this hospital
They only try to make the heavy bill, there is no any sincerity nd even all doctors are also fraud.

My father was admitted from last 1 wk. Very supportive staffs, wardboys, nursing staffs. Best Dr's teams are here in Galaxy hospital.

Very bad and unprofessional staff, doesn't even know how to talk with the customer.

My patient has admitted since morning, they had done several test and I haven't received the reports yet at 9 night. Shameful is that they are treating the patient since morning without knowing the disease. When asking to your staff nurse even your lab person they talks unprofessionaly and nobody takes charge of anything.

Worst hospital ever, it's my humble request to all the people, please do not waste your precious money to these hospitals as they only think about money and how they can earn money out of elderly people. Such a shame to the society and to themselves. They do not have Doctors they have vultures who only think of taking money and nothing else.

Completely Hopless.
My father admitted there for heart related issue, they have mess his case completely, wrong treatment done by them, due to this I have to bring my father at Apollo Chennai, here they found 3 Blockages in heart, now only option is bypass surgery, which cost will be 3 to 3.5 lacks.
I strongly recommend don't go there, try to consult good hospital (even if cost is 30 to 40% higher, its worth, as money can't be more than life)
Galaxy hospital is playing with people's life and making money.

Worst than government hospital. They start treatment then daily says come tomorrow for dental treatment and when you go / call to ask to come they says no come tomorrow.

Worst experience ever. If you want to kill someone but before killing, you want them to suffer, Galaxy Hospital can fulfils your expectations.

They killed my mom through mistreatment and neglect. She had no issues other than restricted movement.they admitted her for over a month.they advised surgery was required to decompress spinal cord by a cancerous tumour.they pretended as though it would be a routine surgery.then killed her in OT.and came up with a long list of excuses.if only they had advised us suitably, we would have rather preferred to see mom live a paralysed life than die untimely but they never did.they even offered a bribe of 50k bucks in d garb of refund of surgeons' fee. Patients beware!

Ended up paying over 400k bucks
although mom was admitted in general ward.what's worse is that they did not even hand over copies of test reports stating that they need to preserve the records.rubbing salt to the wounds, they did not even return mri report and Pet CT report done by another hospital. Medical hooliganism at its worst!

The worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. They discharge a patient who has a brain tumor. Doctors' appearance is the same as laborers working on a construction site and their knowledge is like 10th-class students. They will not tell you or brief you regarding what they will do to your patient. Many patients they have treated have become worst after the surgery. They even have a slogan we treat, he cures (god). It was my life's biggest mistake that I went there.

Wrost hospital with high fees total businesssmen are present not doctors, if u get admitted u will likely to be in the ICU or CCU for unnecessary 7 days doctors always give a lot of heavy medicine if u discharged employee always misbehave, you can't even get the phone no. Of doctors if ur patient is in urgent.very bad my honest review.

Galaxy hospital discharged my father after unsuccessful gastrointestinal surgery who have not survived.
I have had a very bad experience in this hospital. This hospital has the worst facilities like a very bad canteen, dirty toilet and bad housekeeping. There is no mobile signal in the basement area where the medical store is located. There are lifts available in the hospital but they are not in good condition. You may get better experience in some government hospitals such as BHU trauma centre with very less expense.
The behaviour of the Nursing staff / Ward boy is not good and they don't care about patients.
The doctor is only to visit the hospital in an emergency or 2-3 hours a day for consultation.
Cleaning of the building, toilet of the hospital are very bad. There are no facilities available for attendants.
Doctors of this hospital are also available to consult outside too, so avail that rather than visiting this poorly mismanaged hospital.

My overall experience with Galaxy Hospital has been great. The behavior of the entire hospital staff has been extremely professional and have been very punctual in performing their duties. My father got admitted 4th time from 01st June till 02- Dec'22 and the treatment received from the Doctors, Nursing staff & Corporate teams demonstrated highest quality & standards. Initially, there were some delays in getting CGHS panel formalities completed regarding the surgery for which I had to do regular follow ups, but finally things got worked out extremely well with efficient collaboration. My special thanks to Dr. Kumar Ashish (Neurosurgeon) and Mr. Sachin Saxena (Corporate) for their extremely professional approach in helping us out in every possible way to get the surgery completed under CGHS panel and making things hassle-free for us. This major surgery would not have been possible without their great support and co-operation. Under opportunity areas, I would recommend Canteen food quality to be improved a lot. There is a huge disconnect between price & standard.

जब तक मरीज की सारी जायदाद न बिक जाय तब तक लूटो। बाहर जो टेस्ट 300 से 500 में हो जायेंगे वो अंदर 1200 में होगी। 5-5 हजार की इंजेक्शन और रिस्पॉन्स जीरो। एक दिन में 35से 40 हजार की दवा दे रहे हैं। ऐसा लगता है जैसे दवा मंगाकर फिर बैक डोर से पैथोलॉजी में भेज देते हैं।अच्छी जगह जाइए पर यहां न आइए। baddest ever hospital seen by myself. Big buildings are not the majorment of good hospital they have also Good doctors but here No one is good everyone is behaving like

Discharged my patient after prostate gland enlargement operation turp covered in cashless corporate insurance scheme.
Here are my genuine experience.

This hospital has worst facilities management i have ever seen in my prior experiences with private hospitals. You may get better experience in some govt hospitals such as BHU trauma centre with a very less expense. Below are few events i had to face:

1. Nursing staff is helpless in helping petient/attendent with wardboy/helper service. I had to run around everytime to get the urine bag emptied / washroom cleaned/ cloth changed/ room cleaning etc. Even after escalating, no relief. In the night i had to wait 4 hours for that. Nurses just surrender saying sir we are helpless

2. RMOs (Savinay to be specific) got angry with me when i had directly called doctor as patient was unable to urinate and his bladder was full. Dr asked him to insert catheter, after 45 minutes and multiple trials no staff including OT assistant, had managed to insert the catheter and finally doctor had to come in emergency. Doctor had reached OT from a distant place but wardboys couldn't take patient to OT by then. You can imagine the situation. Such untrained junior doctors who do not have any idea about urology and a operated patients are left like just that. As consulted doctor could only be visiting hospital in emergency or 2-3 hours a day.

3. Even with cashless, nurses asks you to go to 3 floor down to get the medicine 3-4 times a day. Only Two Lifts, mostly you have to run through stairs or ramps.when you go to medical store.bam.wait in the que with their sluggish process. Frustrating to the core.usually in cashless medicine are managed by hospital and bills are given to patients.

4. Cleanliness, room's walls, roof etc. Are just unjustified with the huge money that hospital is taking.

5. Intersting is, when you talk about these issues with senior doctor, they simply do not like to talk about facilities management and maintenance.

To be honest I do not have any complaint with doctors Dr AK Pandey who implanted pacemaker to my dad last year and this time Dr Mahendra Singh who did turp. They have plethora of experience, talk very well with patients.

But they are available to consult outside too.so avail that rather than visiting this poorly mismanaged hospital i have ever seen.

Very bad experience I am visited first time but not any positive response itne bekar staff aur Dr. Hai ki koi bhi kaam subhah bolo 2 din lag jate hai na aur bhai ager aap admit hai to aap discharge karane ke liye ager aap file 9 baje subhah me denge to apko file complete hote hote sham ke 5 baj jayenge Aisa to ye logo ka kaam kaaj hai bas naam bade aur darshan chhote hai bhagwan kare ki aise hospital jaldi hi ban ho jaye

Very worst and behavior by Dr Ashis in MIcu ward.he doesn't know how to handle patients in critical situation.very carelessness and neglecting the words expressed by patient attenders in critical condition. Security personnel also very rude unprofessional illiterate behavior

My mother survived a lot of health scares, at many different hospitals, but this hospital managed to kill her within a day.
I get that private hospitals are greedy, but if you're so interested in money, at least provide proper service. I saw my mother die in CCU, where the lack of care was unbelievable. She was unable to breathe, with pulse over 150, yet the doctor on duty was scrolling through his phone, no nurses near her bed, no specialist doctor was even notified. When I raised concern, they slowly got to work, but the inaction, the incompetence for 30 mins or so cost my mother her life. Barely 30 mins after her death, I was being handed bills, because that is this hospital's main goal. It's not saving lives, it's about squeezing as much money as you can.
If you care about your loved ones, if they are in serious condition, don't take them to this hospital. The only thing they're good at is making you pay your bills. The ICU and CCU is in really bad condition, incompetent staff and poor hygiene. You may have heard about some famous cardiologist or neurologist, but they're only 1 percent of the hospital. The rest 99 percent is an embarrassment to the medical profession and an embodiment of greed.

Worst hospital, actually instead of hospital, it should be called as money making company. Really don't care about patient, just care about money.

I have found best hospital in mid of Varanasi city with their list of well experienced doctors. Some people writing as costly hospital, they only ask for money but I only know if you need best facility for your health then your budget always will be exceed as per your pocket for your well experienced consultant. Galaxy Hospital is the place where you are getting treatment for all diseases under one roof. The time is people may spend money on Pizza & Burger but not for Good Health.

Worst service by Dr Shalini Khatri, she is very rude and yelling at us by saying that you have to wait no matter when I come, if u don't want treatment then go somewhere else. Further she refused to see any our report and said I only see report of someone called only Mahendra. First of all at counter the attendant said she will come at 12pm, then at 1 and finally she came at 1: 50 and started shouting. Very worst experience. Miss Shalini Khatri you have no manners and you are not civilized. If you have any gratitude kindly donate my consultation fees in some charity.

Dr. Kumar ashish is very irresponsible. He never been on time. Very careless service of staff management also. They continously make fool to the patient by giving false satisfaction

Good doctors their feedback is good.
When we r in yathra. One day I suffered from food poisoning and I suffered vomiting and loose motion s full night.we call them they told to come. We told them our situation we have to catch 8am flight. Immediately they treated as good our yathra was completely successful. We are very thankfull to them.

I'm warning you, never ever try out this hospital, especially the doctor named VD tiwari (neuro), his fees his 1200 and he will do everything to extract every penny out of you. Not recommended.

Most unprofessional and unorganised hospital I ever came across. My mother is a heart patient and she needed medical help I called at galaxy helpline number which is mentioned on their prescription. The guy who received the call tells me Dr is unavailable in so called emergency, I asked for a number where I can contact Dr and to my surprise he gave me one number and with full confidence he said "THIS NUMBER WILL BE OFF TILL 12 AM" wow this is how the operators are trained in this so called GALAXY HOSPITAL.i wish I could record this conversation and post on the site. Shame on medical practitioner of this pathetic hospital. Seems like they are not Dr but some celebrities who work as per their convenience and time shame on this hospital and their doctors.

Mrs. Shalini khatri is worst doctor for pregnant ladies. She ill minded, badly behaved, badly spoken, frustrated lady. I had visited her for my pregnancy check up and counselling. I was carrying my prega news check test, but she didn't reconfirm pregnancy and not even didn't given me 5 min, written 2-5 medicines and send me away.she doesn't loves her work and didn't want to see patient then why is sitting there and wasting time of patient.i will not recommended this doctor any new pregnant ladies or expecting ladies.

Unproffessionalism, irresponsibilty, lack of management in faculty as well in staff n its management too! No doubt its expensive hospital but they dont give such quality services rather i would say offer good services! Its not worth spending here for your loved ones definitely they deserve better than thisservices! Big no for this hospital its only Money game here!

It is not on the main road. You can go for 100 to 200 metre inside and then u can find it. It is near New TCS center near Mahamoorganj.

Took my mother on emergency basis since she was facing extreme pain issues in stomach, the doctor immediately had made a conclusion of heart issue and as usual the business stands up with good legit bill, apparently she never had any such issue ever and always had a healthy lifestyle. We decided to switch to some other medical attention and later found out to be dengue. So that's the experience and truth. Be safe, health is not a joke neither a business.
