Staff is very bad. No systematic way of oppointments. Patients feel sick more going there and waiting the whole day for oppointment bcs of staff mismanagement. Very bad experience.

आपके हॉस्पिटल का मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम सही नहीं है5 पेशेंट आपके केबिन के अंदर होते हैं तो 5 पेशेंट केबिन के बाहर खड़े रहते हैं आपका स्टॉप भी सही से बात नहीं करता है एक से दो नर्सआपके केबिन में लगातार आती जाती रहती हैं सही से बात भी नहीं करती है।जबकि एक बार में एक मरीज को ही अंदर बुलाया जाना चाहिए और बाकी मरीजों को हॉल में बैठा है जाना चाहिए आवाज लगाकर एक-एक मरीज को अंदर बुलाना चाहिए। Dr is very good lekin staff Dr aur patient ko interact nhi krne dete.log paise dete h kam se kam unko time to milna chahiye

I got baby boy on 15th of december 2022 normal delivery by the most effort of dr. Madam.

Dr. Manisha Jain is a excellent gynaecologist in moradabad. She is very humble and treats patient very patiently. Staff of the hospital is also very good.

Seats are less and petient are more. Management is very bad and poor. I have bad experience with galaxy hospital.
Staff is very rude. They never tell the appointment time. They lie on each conversation. Dr. Manisha jain did ultrasound without information. She said to me let jao or fr test krke boli inke husband ko bulao or husband se kha maine inka ultrasound kiya hai uske 500 rupee submit krdo. Uske bad Dr. Ne mujhse consult kiya ki kya dikkat aa rhi hai ultrasound me toh shi hai sbkch.

Admitted in hospital on 01 August with pain and discharged on 02 August with normal delivery of pregnancy, This is the miracle had done by Dr. Maneesha Jain. Normal delivery was possible only because of Mam. Dr.and entire staff supported us throughout pregnency. Best Gynecologist in Moradabad. I strongly recommend to visit once at galaxy hospital. Best in Women Infertility which is very becoming nowadays. Totally satisfied. Thank you Mam for this world's best Gift

Very professional doctors, having all in house modern equipments like ultrasound machines, pathological tests etc. The only lack that I feel is management of supporting staff.

गैलेक्सी हॉस्पिटल लूटमार का अड्डा बन गया पेसेंट की जेब काटी जाती है ₹5 का कैनुला ₹150 में दिया जाता है जिस बेल्ट की कीमत मार्केट में ₹100 की है वह ₹325 की भी जाती है इसी प्रकार से हर प्रकार से मरीज की जेब काटी जाती है दवाई का पक्का बिल नहीं दिया जाता इतनी लूटमार सही नहीं होती है जब फाइनल बिलिंग होती है तब पेमेंट के समय स्वाइप मशीन से पेमेंट नहीं किया जाता बल्कि नगद भुगतान करने के लिए विवश किया जाता है सिजेरियन डिलीवरी किसी से कुछ चार्ज लेते हैं किसी से कुछ चार्ज लेते हैं सब गोलमाल है यह अच्छी बात नहीं है गरीब लोगों की हाय पड़ती है

जब मातापिता बच्चा प्लान करते हैं तब उनकी सबसे बड़ी चिंता यही होती है के ट्रीटमेंट कोनसे डॉक्टर से कराएं खासकर जब बच्चा पहला हो तब और ज्यादा। मेरे अनुभव अनुसार मुरादाबाद जैसे छेत्र में ऐसे डॉक्टर्स कम ही होंगे जो अपने मरीजो को इतनी अच्छी तरह से ट्रीट करते हैं। मेरा अनुभव गैलेक्सी हॉस्पिटल में अच्छा रहा इसके लिए में डॉक्टर मेडम और उनके स्टाफ का दिल से धन्यवाद करता हूँ।

Worst doctor and worst hopsital.never suggest anyone to go there.the doctor is totally money minded never clear your reoprts just make her money.i lost my child under her treatment.after long i got the good news but because of this hospital and doctor i again lost my baby.there is no choice to give no star otherwise i gave them zero rating.

लूट का नाम गैलेक्सी हास्पिटल है, मनीषा जैन को चाहिए कि कुछ दिनों अपने नर्सिग स्टाफ के साथ मरीजों के साथ कैसा विहेव करना चाहिए की ट्रैनिंग लेनी चाहिए.
फार्मेसी में सस्ती जेनेरिक दवाइयां मरीजों को एमआरपी पर दी जाती है.
मैं पेशे से एक क्लीनिकल फार्मासिस्ट हूं बीवी की डिलीवरी के दौरान बहुत बुरा फील किया.
