Staff of globe health care is unmannered and lazy also.they don't give report at time

My wife Bindu pandey aged 32 having abdominal pain and intestinal obstruction from Ayodhya consulted in Ayodhya but not relieved but came to globe Medicare The doctor name is Dr. Deepak Agarwal, he was calm and composed and was very friendly. He helped sooth the mental anxiety of patient before the treatment process. The cost here is not too high like other super specialty private hospitals.

हॉस्पिटल कैसा है क्या सुविधा है या नही, इस पर कुछ नही लिखना चाहता हूँ ।। लेकिन हॉस्पिटल के स्टाफ का व्यवहार एकदम बेकार है थर्ड क्लास से भी बत्तर मरीजो के लिए ।।
उनको शायद ये नही मालूम है यदि मरीजो का आवा गमन नही हुआ तो उनकी क्या जरूरत है हॉस्पिटल में ।। मुझे बहुत ही अफसोस के साथ लिखना पड़ रहा है कि स्टाफ की बत्तमीजी के कारण मैं अपने डॉक्टर को दिखाने नही जा पा रहा हूँ ।। जिसे मैं बॉम्बे से फॉलो कर रहा था ।। और इस सम्बंध में मैंने एक लिखित पत्र के माध्यम से उस स्टाफ की कमी को तथा उसके नाम को उसमे लिखा है । देखना यह है मैनेजमेंट क्या रवैया इख्तियार करती है उस स्टाफ ले प्रति ।। पत्र की प्राप्ति रसीद भी है मेरे पास इस लिए कोई यह नही कह सकता कि पत्र मिला नही ।।

So, recently my mother was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour on the pancreas head. As soon as we got the report we were really worried about were should we go for the best possible treatment. Then one of our family friend suggest globe Medicare.
Here we consulted Dr Kamlesh Verma sir as well as Dr. Resham Shrivastava maam. Both of them filled us with hope and told about all the possible procedures that can be done.

We trusted them and my mother is now fit and fine just because of the well trained and experienced doctors in globe medicare.

DO NOT VISIT. Pathetic experience. Everyone here keeps asking you for money. Very few doctors, with Kamlesh being the senior most. KaamLess doctor.

I especially loved how Dr. Kamlesh sir really gave his time to explain my mother's condition to me as well as told all the possible treatment options. I had a great visit and Kamlesh sir is extremely polite and helpful. Can't thank him enough. And the whole staff was also extremely friendly.

Though I'm giving 1/5 but this hospital doesn't even deserve that. They are only extracting money from the patients in the name of treatment.

Waste of time and money. They took 900 as appointment fee but a junior doctor came and wrote 5-6 tests costing 10000 and that without asking anything much to patient and main doctor spend Just 5 min to check and confirm whatever other guy wrote. Avoid visiting these guys better to go to any other govt hospital unless it's emergency.

The overall services given at Globe Medicare hospital was good. I got quick appointment. The hospital was also neat & clean.

Pathetic for in house treatment.

Human life has no value here! Running a money making machine! My father (82+) was put in dialysis room with 2 other patients though the request was made for a private room. This made total 10+ persons (including relatives of other patients) in a tiny little room in these covid times that too when a patient is super senior citizen and you think doctor is known to you. When we asked for a discharge and shifting him to Medanta, it took them > 4 hours to release him. The file kept lying at billing counter for more than 1.5 hrs just for someone to pick it and process. After raising of some voice, billing was done but for a private room since the request was made for private room. After bringing this to notice, I was told that for dialysis room they take private room charges. After some argument, the charges were reduced to semi private room though it should have been for general ward. Other charges such as doc visit etc.were still maintained at private room level. It was left then to save time. Overall marks -100/100.

Worst hospital ever visited. Took appointment one day prior and spent 900 rs. And after wasting 2 hours I have just received a list of tests (from junior doctor
and he was not able to mention any more as there was no more space on the paper). Then again wasted 2 hours and finally Main doctor gave 30 seconds and then nothing. Maybe some other people must be having good experience. Not recommended by me.

This for all those people who try to tranish the image of an institution which has served the masses for years. If not satisfied with services given can come forward and justify. Our Dr is one the best in the state he has cured thousands if you don't have faith you can't get cured.

Dr. Deepak is very experienced endoscopic doctor in Lucknow. I have been consulting him for last 3 years. He did endoscopy procedure for my mother & now she is fit and fine.

Making money doctor unnecessary checkup, expensive medicine for more commssion, not caring patient situation donot prefer this kind of money maker doctor from poor people.

My medical procedure was in the best hands with Dr. Piyush Thakur. The doctor has very good bedside manners. This is what I look for in a doctor. He made me feel very comfortable before I had the colonoscopy procedure. I felt relaxed & assured everything was going to be alright. And, after my surgical procedure he talked with me to be sure everything was ok & if I needed anything else or have any other concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Piyush for colonoscopy procedure.

I finally had my first colonoscopy & Dr. Deepak made the procedure as easy as possible for me. Beyond the actual surgical procedure, I was really happy with how he prepared me for the colonoscopy surgery. He educated me about the whole procedure. But, the treatment takes lots of time. I will be returning to him for my future colon cancer screenings.

I had visited for my brother, they did not pay attention and despite of huge expenses, my brother expired and now they are not providing assistance for medical bills reimbursement from insurance company. I will not recommend anyone to visit here
