Kitchen technician Mr. Saurabh and Kitchen Designer Mr Deepak did an excellent job in getting our new godrej interio kitchen done. They worked tirelessly (especially saurabh & vipin) and helped whenever needed. This couldn't have done within then timeframe and so beautifully without their help. I thank all of them and with good luck for future projects.

After receiving the money, there has been no timely updates from them. Each week we have to call multiple times to hear that our order has been delayed.

Before placing the order, they told multiple times kitchen will be ready in 30 days and we won't need to worry and we will informed on weekly basis.
Also, there is no response of Mr Ashish Ranjan even after calling multiple times.

We selected PU material for lamination which is good and costly but now we are being told that because of this material our order will take 60-80 days.
Really disappointed from their service.

My experience with Godrej and Vipin has been very good. He fixed my modular kitchen of Godrej. He did an excellent job professionally. All minor issues were attended promptly.

Pathetic service… even after 26 days
The product is not delivered … still they don’t have a exact date of delivery.they won’t refund the money also.please don’t go to this showroom.better go to sector 18.

Purchased 2 almirahs from this outlet. Pathetic after sales service.
Once this store sells the articles, there is absolutely no support. Received one Almirah with a broken lock and the technician refused to admit it first. Once he was himself unable to lock the Almirah, he admitted to the fault.
I was informed that it will take 20-25 days to change the lock and it will come from Mumbai.
Very bad experience with Godrej interio.

Very Expensive and they will ask for 1000 charge to give you estimate.
That means, to have a price, you need to pay some price and that too estimated.
There is no sqft rate, no fixed rate,
I tried sharing measurements but agent denied that they will charge 1000 rs for visit and then only they will share estimated price and its up to you.
My point is that going with big brands is good but we should get thug by the monopoly of these brands.
You would need to gice 100% money in advance, and forget about the delivery. Moreover, If you are late then you would need to give penalty but if brand is late, there is no penalty clause.

Those who are working hard for earning, be aware.

Poor post purchase experience and customer service. They denied me support as I have not purchased my Godrej bed from this shop. Better avoid this brand altogether.

Recently I purchased Godrej Almira model H1 from here. I appreciate their overall service. In future, I would like to shopping here again. I hope, they guys will provide good service in future related to my current purchase if needed. So far, good experience.
