Coolest place to workout with friends and family. My sister had recommended me to join this centre and I’m amazed to say that their services are top notch. The trainers are crazy as they tutor u so well on the floor and the dietitian Ms Vasudha does not allow u to have cheat days. She is really very amiable and gives excellent diet plans which are easy to follow. I have recommended this gym to all my friends from IIM Lucknow and they are too much fond of it now.

Very nice gym with great equipment by Alice Fitness of USA. I have joined with my wife and both of us are satisfied. Don’t waste your money in gym. It is just having brand name. This gym got closed suddenly in the month of Jan without prior notice and opened after 1 and half months. Trainers don’t really care. All they care is selling personal trainer offers to u. Receptionist is not interested in anything but selling u annual membership even if u don’t want it. Once u hand them money, they don’t really care about u.

This gym only has name. In Jan month they abruptly closed the gym without any notice. They didn't give any kind of extension.

Gold gym got closed in Jan 2023 for 1 amd half months. They didnt inform or told anyone. I paid for 3months and later they didnt even allow me to come to gym saying my 3 months got over

The gym is good and the trainers are also helpful, i hope that in the future the service is even more better and the customers should be given some compensation in case the gym closes for a short period for any particular reason

I was employe in gold's Gym Hazratganj from day1 (3year) but still suggest u all to not go there for workout and specially if someone is planning to join there as a employee. Bcoz there no respect for any employee from organization. They will increase your salary and after one month they will decrease salary without any reason. That's why there is only one sales person is there from last 2 year. I worked 2 to 3 places but worst experience in this organisation after Manager's leave the organisation.

Very bad experience, There's no space at times it's very suffocating, plus they don't even have an exaust. Even the water available for drinking is not hygienic. Very disappointed with services.

It’s A FEEL GOOD GYM with the latest machines and ample of weights, the space is amazing along with great trainers ready to spot you and make you do phenomenal workout by pushing you limits.
Trainers are very knowledgeable, Supportive and good at understanding your ability of body and directing accordingly JAVED, AJEET, NADEEM, RAHUL and rest as well are worthy of great deal of help and the management of the gym is very friendly & helpfull, I see the difference in my body within a month, This place is total hygienic with cleaning staff round the clock every where.

The gym is staffed with very polite, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable trainers. This gym also boasts of a well organised valet parking. You'll feel the positive vibes as soon as you enter the reception area and are greeted with smiles by the courteous staff.

Nice clean new gym with new machines. Missing a few basics like a squat rack and too few weight plates for all the bench press and leg press machine. Gets a little cramped due to space. Not as big as mahanagar golds.
It's convenient for those living nearby tho.
