Gomti Riverfront Park

उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य की राजधानी और ऐतिहासिक नवाबों की नगरी अपनी कई खूबियों के जैसे ख़ान पान और लहज़े के साथ नफ़ासत मुग़ल आर्किटेक्चर लिए विख्यात है यह शहर प्रसिद्ध गोमती नदी के आजु बाजू बसा है इसी गोमती नदी के किनारे 2 किमी में फैले गोमती रिवरफ्रंट पार्क का उद्घाटन अक्टूबर 2016 में तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव ने किया था। गोमती रिवरफ्रंट पार्क उत्तर प्रदेश की जीवन रेखा मानी जाने वाली गोमती नदी के संरक्षण और विकास को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया ।

हरियाली से घिरा यह पार्क लगभग2 किलोमीटर से भी ज्यादा क्षेत्रफल में फैला हुआ है। यहां का प्रकृतिक सौंदर्य बहुत आकर्षित करता है जो यहां आने वाले को बहुत अच्छा महसूस कराता है।

इसका प्रमुख आकर्षण यहाँ का एक विशाल संगीतमय फव्वारा है, जिसे नदी के दोनों किनारों से देखा जा सकता है। यह पार्क शांति चाहने वाले व्यक्तियों और परिवार एवं दोस्तों के साथ ख़ुशनुमा समय बिताने के लिए एक बेहतरीन स्थान है।

गोमती रिवरफ्रंट पार्क तक कैसे पहुंचें

मेट्रो द्वारा: -गोमती रिवरफ्रंट पार्क का निकटतम मेट्रो स्टेशन लेखराज मार्केट मेट्रो स्टेशन है जो 2 किमी की दूरी पर है। आप यहां से ऑटो या रिक्शा ले सकते हैं।

रेल मार्ग द्वारा: - गोमती रिवरफ्रंट पार्क का निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन बादशाहनगर रेलवे स्टेशन है जो यहां से 2 किमी दूर है यहां आपको कई सुविधाएं मिलेंगी जिससे आप आराम से जा सकते हैं।

सड़क मार्ग से: - पार्क से कई बसें, ऑटो या रिक्शा चलती हैं, आप अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार कोई भी विकल्प चुन सकते हैं।

जनवरी, फरवरी, मार्च, अप्रैल, मई, जून का समय घूमने का सबसे अच्छा समय है बारिश का समय घूमने के लिए सही नहीं है

The Gomti River is the lifeblood of Uttar Pradesh, and its protection and development are the primary goals of Gomti Riverfront Park. The beauty of the surrounding landscape is sure to lift your spirits. The 15-kilometer stretch of the Gomti River's verdant green bank has been landscaped to meet the highest international standards.

There is also a large amphitheater, paths for bicycling and walking, a lake for boating, a playground, and other amenities. Visitors can enjoy the river Gomti's natural beauty, and the area is great for relaxing with friends and family.

Though timings are till 10pm but they don't turn on the lights, chaap & momos are terrible for the price

A beautiful place to be. Had a wonderful run early morning here. It's a Riverside property which is well maintained. There is a ticket of Rs. 10 and the running track is huge.there is also a tea stall inside the park. But away from the garden and running area.

Good place to visit family and friends in the evening. The river bank view is breath taking and you can also enjoy pani k batashe, ice cream, bhel over there in cheap price

Another chilled out place for youngsters and the young couple population. A long stretch of footpath across the side of Gomti River gives an utter satisfaction from this rush hold life.
You'd find anyone from a toddler to an old lady walking on the footpath.
On certain days, they happen to keep some events to keep the public involved.

There is only one thing good.that u can see beautiful sunset.nothing more.river is so dirty.it smells really bad

One of the good places of our state capital. It is very near to the Ambedkar park. Entry fees is ₹10. Parking and toilets are available. The place is good for photography, picnic and romance. Morning and evening is a good time to visit the place in summer. But in winter whole day it provides good environment to entertain yourself and your mind. Cabs, e rickshaws are easily available here.

Park infrastructure is really beautiful. But as it is known for fountain- music, on basis of that, it is not as expected. But still, as entry fee is minimal, you must have a look. Fountain show timing are 7-8 p.m. Parking facility is also available.

Nice place to spend time in evenings for relaxation.except a fact of the foul smell continously present around

When you are in lucknow and want to go for refreshment in night you should tend toward here where you can get good hotel like taj, good malls and offcourse gomti river front view.

Its recent build park in lucknow. Incase you are nature lover then you can visit this place in evening for evening walk.a well maintained park near the gomti river.the park has an entry fee and the best time to visit the river front is in evening time, since the park is lit in the evening with wow lights.quite place to relax and enjoy the environment.
Although many areas were closed, taking a drive along the riverfront in the evening and enjoying the quite away from the chaos of the city is amazing. Beautifully built and landscaped, one wishes there was more to do in the area!
I had heard about this Riverfront area but I had no idea that the walkway was so long, probably a couple of kilometers!

We had the time to go there only in the evening just after sunset and the whole area was very nicely lit and made for a wonderful evening walk.

The pleasant surprise was that the water in the river was very clean and there was no discernible foul smell - the city administration deserves a huge amount of praise for building this beautiful riverfront area and also to keep it so clean!

A perfect place for a brisk morning / evening walk or to just hang out with friends or to spend a romantic evening with your special one!

This is good place to visit with family and kids. Best time is evening after 5pm as you can see all lightening and park. Just relax in that grass river side feels good.

Beautifully maintained. There is entry fee around rs10. Place has parking zone and parking fee as well. (Parking fee and entry tickets are separate)

I loved it. Infrastructures and parks are lush green having no noise and soothing view. Greenery and plantation is good. Night glooms having so many lights. Safe for hangout.

Gomti river front place situated bank of gomti river front. It's look like good place and park. You can visit for natural environment enjoy with slowly instrumental music in morning and evening. Things that makes it better is beautiful gardening and colorful fountain.

Good place developed by SP Govt.but present BJP govt.is not maintaing this place properly. This type of places should be in all cities where rivers is passing.
