The hotel is over all good. Have been a guest there multiple times now and service have improved each time. They have made a lot of staff changes which is good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff are polite and courteous. Location is good. Over much improved and a good place to stay.

Rooms were ok but not cleanup. I will not comment on every food item but definitely they don't know how to cook Panner'65. Parking is on road & that is also on owners risk.

This geet grand hotel is so incredible man! Honestly speaking the bar area is one of the best you'll find in kanpur.although it have big fat luxurious AC rooms. And the food of the restaurant is super yumm. It's totally worth visiting there!

If after spending a huge amount of money you have to feel as if you are an employee of the receptionist Ms shahnaz pls visit the place. She personally held us after checking out and paying all are dues because she was checking whether we have stolen anything from their hotel. Then she called us inside when we were in the car that I was checking that whether there is any of ur belongings left in the room. When checking in and checking out she makes u wait at the reception for 10 min. Plus points are food and room service. They have not written numbers of room service and restaurant in the room so the receptionist makes u feel that it is a crime to order food at the reception.

Very very bad service, waited for 45 mins for food. No snacks available, limited food available. Didn't even served water. Staff does have any manners or ediquette. Very disappointed such a big hotel and so bad service.

Rooms, House Keeping Staff and the standard of this hotel is truly nice but the front desk guys are like ruining everything just because of there unprofessional behaviour. Front desk staff keeps on chewing gutkha/paan-masaala. I found none if then is having civic sense and I think they should take basic human behaviour classes.

One of the most royal restaurant in kanpur city situated at level 6 of Grand Geet Hotels Kanpur. They serve you multi cuisine with numero us types of food products. They also have their bakery as well. They also offer coffee that is next level and really good in taste too. The staff is polite and friendly. Vale parking is also available with them, thats really amazing too.

I had pathetic experience please never ever book this hotel for stay. I booked 1 suit room and 5 delux room for groom side party to stay. What they promise my booking andwhat they give you on that day was totally different. My guest kept asking for the room number they didnt even bother to tell the room number. No room service and they even taken the payment from the guest as well. It was so shameful. Shazia was the one who suppose to assist but i feel the whole grand geet hotel is not loyal to their customers and they are doing fraud.

Ambience is good. Food is above OK. Extra bed policy is weird. Banquet Hall is OK. Both are near to each other thus makes it confusing for guests and music gets mingled from both halls. Staff is helpful. Overall 3.75 out of 5.

The hotel is situated on the busy market Street. Parking is very very limited.
The doorman helped pick the luggage inside to the reception and the rooms finally, expecting a tip against it. We have him 50 bucks.

They allowed an extra bed at night in the room, with some additional charge.
There is tea/coffee making equipment and tea/coffee bags that come complementary.
There is facility for hot water.
Clean hygienic hotel with courteous staff.
They have a in room service menu as well.
We ordered morning tea in the room. It was well prepared.

I had a really terrible time out there. I booked 10 rooms for my sister's wedding. Most of my guest complained to me about their services. There were no luggage boys to load-unload the luggage. The room service was very poor. My relatives had to wait for 15-20mins just for the toiletries. Locks of the rooms were not in working condition which was a big problem considering the occasion. The breakfast was very bad. Menu in the breakfast was very limited. Lastly the staff at the reception was not very cordial. Overall I had a horrifying experience. (I'm thinking to bring their actions to consumer forum so that they learn their lesson)
I do not recommend this place at all.

The review is for Khidmat restaurant. The food was not up to the mark taking into account the pricing. It's more of a family place than friend's kinda place.

Completely disgusting place, staff needs to learn a lot and they need to get more trained from manager to steward each of the employees need to learn a lot and go back to the hospitality classes.
Coming to the food it was completely waste of money, daal was flowing like a water, at last ordered the rice which came as if directly from the gas burner.
The rates which are decided at the restaurant and the quantity offered is very very insufficient.
Really need to be improved or else till the time people are having coupons till that time only people will be coming after that hardly anyone would visit.
Sorry for the negative feedback but that's the reality.

The place has one of the finest ambience and atmosphere. The food presentation and taste was good. The staff was hospitable.

The food was not upto the mark. We ordered hot and sour soup and it was not hot at all. The service was pathetic. We were given quarter plates for dinner. Who can eat in a quarter plate. We ordered a tandoori veg sizzler and believe me it was the worst sizzler I ever had. Only good thing were the noodles and French fries. Amritsari paneer tikka masala was without masala and we were told it would be spicy but was actually not. I am giving three stars because of the ambience. Will surely not go again.
