On 11.7.2023 we gave a written request for disconnection of our Green Gas connection. The same is pending even after our reminder for early refund of security. May I requedt againir expediting the refund of security with 18% interest.
Worst services from GGL in Lucknow. If we face any problem related to services then GGL will start sending threatening instead of resolution after sale. No matter whatever your issue is! Surprisingly discussed the concerned with many senior official over phone and also visited ggl head office in Lucknow but no resolution till date. We can see the review here. But no one care
Very bad experience with green gas limited. Government should take action on them regarding safety issues. Because they don't take it seriously. Worst company, worst service.
My experience is not good with customer care. The person who talk is very rude, dont talk properly and shout so much like she has no manner to handle complaints. They dont pick up phone easily and i have rasied complaint. Its been one week and no service is held. Very pathetic
Some of staff for good but some of the staff were not able to provide all the details which required to satisfy us that the bill was completely accurate.
Not even worth of a single star rating, pathetic services provided by them like seriously they don't even pick up the customer call, I tried calling them like a hundred times our regulator was tripped which I came to know later and had to fix it myself, but they didn't cared. I would suggest anyone who are getting their connection from here better to use normal cylinders rather than getting their connection from green Gas because if their will be any glitch in your pipeline or connection they will not gonna bother to even register your complaint or even picking up your calls.
One of the poorest service I have ever seen. Even emergency nos.are not working. Literary there is no one to resolve you problem. One star is even more for rating ggl.

If (a rare if) they pick your call, they would say work will be done after 1 week. After 1 week they would ask you to again wait for 1 week and this will continue for 3-4 months. Please inprove, today's vast alternatives would crush your business quickly if you don't. Even if you are a employee be considerate towards the organization because if it shuts you would be jobless.
Very bad behaviour of the employees. They're not giving proper response. I am countinuesly visiting there for last two months but my first bill is not generated yet. Very rude behaviour.
Pathetic service experience. In today's time when every this is so service driven these people are least bothered about that. No bill from 3 months and neither any one is coming to address the problems that we customers are facing. I would advise every one reading this review not to install green gas at homes.
If only I could give negative feedback as one star is too much for them. Green gas pipeline was installed in my house almost 2yrs ago but it has still not been connected to main pipeline. The customer care seldom picks phone. On occasions on which my phone was picked I had lodged innumerable complaints but they have no process of tracking them so the all our complaints go in ditch.
Very Poor services Green Gas Ltd, for PNG, since last 4days I m calling to emergency cell for leakage/breakage but no response till today 3.45pm. Very shameful.
Very poor state of affairs. My gas burner has been tampered so badly that my food n utensils burn even on sim. Even my pressure cooker's safety valve has burst. Green gas deserves a minus rating, as they know how to damage my new gas cook top but do not know how to rectify their mistake.
They are very unprofessional, that do not attend any calls, there customer care is pathetic, they charge unathical charges in form of EMI, NT charges etc.
It's been 2.5 years since they layed pipes in Indira Nagar, near Gurudwara and have not started the service yet. They come in 6 months and do a part of the work and vanish. Still connection not fully done. Pathetic organization and administration.

A very much poor service. My PNG Installation completed over three years when complaint pmo office they break water pipe and not repair pathway after one month.
Same as other government office. They are like customer care but they hardly pick up you call. Distribution and customer handling must be given to private company as they are far far better in this.

Very poor services at Lucknow. No body will pick the phone and no response to phone calls. Even if gets attended then its a guard who has no knowledge and will just try to give you some irrelevant answers and you will disconnect the phone yourself. I am trying to apply for new connection but on filling details there is no OTP even for trying approx 1 hour. Dont know how should I apply as there is no response over phone.

Worst service, don't pick up the phones, always ask for money as tips for any work. My suggestion don't surrender ur Lpg cylinders till you start getting satisfactory services.
Very small office, only 3 staff to attend complaints and also answer phones, so, complaining on phone is almost impossible Staff attending visitors are less co operative Company needs to change system drastically, and also mentality
मेरा CRN 16769 है । दिसंबर 2019 में मैंने ऑनलाइन 1300 रुपये जमा किये उसके बाद 3 महीने के लगातार फॉलोअप के बाद फरवरी 2020 में किचेन से गेट तक पाइप डाल दी और कहा कि 3-4 दिन में दूसरी टीम आकर कनेक्शन कर देगी तब से आज तक एक वर्ष से अधिक समय हो गया लेकिन कम्पनी ने कुछ नहीं किया न जाने कितनी बार ऑनलाइन कंप्लेन की, अगर फोन उठ गया (100 बार मे एक बार) तो वहाँ भी कंप्लेन की किंतु कुछ नहीं हुआ ।मैंने यहाँ तक अनुरोध किया कि नहीं कनेक्शन दे सकते तो अपने पाइप उखाड़ लें और मेरे पैसे वापस कर दे, लेकिन कोई सुनता नहीं।इतनी शानदार और नामी कम्पनी का यह रवैया दुख दाई और पीड़ा दायक है।अब उपभोक्ता फोरम के माध्यम से प्रयास के पूर्व संबंधित कंपनियों के उच्चाधिकारियों से अंतिम बार प्रयास करूँगा।
No one is bothered for installing gas connection after lapse of two years for applying gas connection vide receipt no. 43772 and 51999 dated 21.09.18. Follow up over phone as well as visiting its office at Rana Pratap Marg Lucknow is also not effective. They are fully sleeping and harassing the Customers.

Lousiest of all types of services not only I am experiencing but in the vicinity of my sector all the residents are having the same experience as we got installed pipelines for PNG for past 3 to 10 months (different house owners at different times, for some it was done in May 2019 and mine was in Dec 2019) ago but till date GGL has neither begun PNG supply nor they are in a position to tell us as to when they will be able to begin the supply, despite several calls. They don't pick up the calls in the place or if at all they pick up their answer to the query is 'sorry', which is quite disappointing.

चोरों की कम्पनी है। पैसा लेकर भी समय से कनेक्शन नही देती। गोमतीनगर विस्तार के ग्रीनवुड H, आदि कई आवासीय परियोजनाओं में 5 साल से पैसा लेकर भी अभी तक कनेक्शन नही दिया।
