Staff's behavior are not cooperative with patients.
Very bad timing for test and check-up
They call the patient at early morning but start treatment after 02: 00 PM
We have to wait for a long time for all the check up and medical test.

Very good surgical hospital I think best in Mau. Doctors behaviour was exceptional specially Dr. Abhishek.

My mother expired due to carelessness of staff and doctors!

पी एल गुप्ता के नाम प कोई दूसरा डॉक्टर ऑपरेशन करता है। पैसे के लिए ये सब दिन भर म 10 20 ऑपरेशन करते ह सब

Doctors are Good and maximum staffs have polite behaviour but many staff demand money after operation in ICU and they also demand money whey they shift patient in ward. And their is a Maid (Daai) who shows Stones to relatives of patients by opening the Jar, I don't think this is right way (to open jar).
Dr. PL Gupta and Dr. Abhishek Gupta sir please take appropriate actions against them.

Hospital staff are like a blody Blackmailer. They are blackmailing for the trip. However Doctor is good.

Best Hospital For Surgery, very satisfied. Some people say that the people of the hospital ask for money, but this is wrong. First when u enter in hospital u need to buy Token from the reception worth 200, then u need to meet dr. On given time. That's all. Dr PL Gupta Is very Humble guy. Really appreciate his work. He is very nice Persone. One of his Assistant Dr. Manoj, he is very rude and never answer any questions we asked. This is the one I'm unsatisfied.
