ALERT FRAUD SERVICE I booked my kashmir trip via them, they promised some extraordinary accomodations, shared pictures of the same and upon reaching they provided substandard accomodation, nothing was as promised.after lot of disputes and spoiling my entire mood they put me on another place for the second day, all they need is MONEY, they dont have any professionalism and manners, also thy dont know how to speak with women, they were shouting at each point when conveyed about the difficulties i was facing such a fraudulent service and my whole trip was a nightmare, they put u through all the scams at kashmir, their cab services are pathetic and they have 3-5 subagents, all of them trying to loot you at some point or the other. Never book through them. Received a phone call soon after putting up my review questioning why i did so. Scammers Wasted my money n my precious time booking through them! Half of my time i had to fight with them.
As a family member of the employee, witnessing their experience with this travel agency has been disheartening. The company's deceptive practices and unjust termination using disrespectful language have not only affected my family member's professional well-being but also raised serious concerns about the company's integrity. The inadequate services provided and the lack of transparency regarding salary payments are additional points of contention. The abrupt blocking without any response is deeply troubling. I urge others to consider these issues before engaging with this company, as it appears to prioritize unethical practices over employee well-being.
I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. The communication was awful, and they didn't fulfill their promises. The accommodations were subpar, and the entire trip felt poorly organized. I won't be using their services again
This travel agency turned out to be a complete fraud. My entire trip was a nightmare, from misleading information to nonexistent accommodations. I wasted my money and precious time dealing with their deceit. Avoid this agency at all costs; it's a scam.
I booked my Kullu Manali package from Gyan Rachna and the experience was extremely satisfied. Since we traveled with my 3 yr old boy, right from beginning they considered all my requests and helped in creating a customised itenary for us. For the stay, we requested hotels with the scenic view and they provided the same, both in manali as well as in kullu. The cab driver they arranged was supportive and gave us ample time to explore everything.
On the very last night of our stay, we requested them to extend our stay for another day and they acted swiftly on our request and make the arrangements for us. The package booked was also cost effective as compared to other players in the market. Special thanks to Gaurav Jain for providing 24x7 support.
Recently I booked a trip to Goa from Gyan Rachana Tours and Travels. We were a group of friends and we had the best time and most memorable trip there. The hotel where we stayed was so beautiful, our room had pool view and the food that they served in the hotel was incredible. Cab service that we got for 2 days was also good, here I'm gonna mention that our cab driver was very polite and friendly with us. Overall I loved every min that we spent there and will always cherish that 3 day trip to Goa. All credit goes to Gyan Rachana Tours and Travels. Thank you so much for your amazing service:)

I booked 4 night 5 days Kashmir tour from Gyan Rachna Tours & Travels. I was lucky to have Ms Sakshi Sarswat as my agent. I and my family had a very nice tour right from the time we landed in Srinagar, Kashmir. We were welcomed by Driver Aamir. He was with us throughout our tour. House Boat and hotel accommodation were excellent. We recommend others to book through Gyan Rachna and Sakshi Sarswat.
