I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. BP Tyagi, an outstanding ENT specialist, who performed a successful myringoplasty on my both ears using PRP (Protein Rich Plasma) and PRF Matrix (Platelet Rich Fibrin). The successful myringoplasty has been life-changing for me. The entire team (especially Mr. Vidit sir) at Dr. BP Tyagi's clinic (Harsh ENT Hospital) was friendly, supportive, and made me feel comfortable during my visits.

Hospital performed Stapedectomy operation for my Ear that is not required for me as per different 2-3 doctors consultations.
My ear become worse than before after operation.

One Of the Wrost Doctor He is Just Busy Publicity, Personally he is not directly talk With Patient, His Attendant Deal Everything Like Ear cleaning, Ear screening Everything do the Attendant.

Dear Sir, This is the reply of your comment “ ghatiya” log, So as per your comment you have priorities some categories which looks good to anyone, however when someone is giving you Input about your staff and there incapablties then you need to take it in positive way, We don’t have doubt on your Career / experience/ and your share towards Humanity but you need to understand no one is have enough time to give negative reviews for any staff, we are also staff somewhere if we got any negative response then we look in our service, where we have made it wrong and try to resolve those issue. In your case approx 80 % comment are about your staff behaviour and carelessness. Now you have two ways one you defend them using harsh words towards your customers or talk to your staff to make them sensible. Let me tell you, it all about process which you can make for any incoming patients which should be transparent and visible for everyone, can make registeration and patient Management on different counter or increase the Number of employee. Doctor Just think that are in Que for long and after 30 min you got to know that your most of the person which were behind to you are already Moves far ahead which kind of Impression you will have?

Front office staff is unesucated they have no knowledge how to talk with patients. I have called for appointment she don't listen to the patients.

I called the Hospital. At 10: 15 the recipecinist told me that today I will take and write today, but you had to call me in the morning.problem in the ear at the time.there was a problem in the morning, very bad manner.

Doctor is very intelligent, opd area clean with ac facilities, staff is cooperative, please check cleanliness of wash room. I recommend Dr tyagi

Worst doctor till date i have visited. No experience at all, only trying to do number of tests and waste patient's money. He is not a doctor at all rather sitting there to make money by deceiving others. Very unprofessional and immature behaviour.

Fraud doctor. He has all degree from private and even done LLB (law degree) after MBBS which is senseless. Very unprofessional and making money from unnecessary number of tests. Don't waste your money and time here

Very bad experience, Doctor may be good, but the medicines he wrote were not available anywhere. Even we visited recommended specific CP based Med. Store also. All in vein, Staff's behavior also worst, not able to understand why these peoples so rude & unresponsive.

Pathetic experience visited for my self his staff is totally unprofessional and bad in communication and Doctor BP Tyagi don’t know how to talk with his patients and also very disrespectful with them only want to make money from us.

Bilkul bekar hospital he. Treatment bilkul 3rd class he. Patient ko fusa lete he or sirf paisa enthte he. Suggest koi bhi isme treatment na karaya.

No recovery since last 15 days. Not satisfied with doctors. They are also not discussing the problem with us, until we ask them. They just saw the ear by Camera and write some medicine, and ask to give the medicine as prescribed, thats it. No other thing, like, issue and avoidable things, have been discussed.very bad expierence.

"मेरी बहन की सर्जरी होने थी. एक बार गए तो हम दवा लेकर आ गए. क्योंकि हर इंसान पहले अपनी समस्याएं देखता है. But हम बाद में गए तो पता नहीं किस वज़ह से बेमतलब की बात कर रहे कि हमारे स्टाफ के साथ गलत व्यवहार किया है. "
But हमारी किसी से भी किसी प्रकार की कोई बात तक नहीं हुई ना ही हमने किसी को भी कुछ बोला. बल्कि हम Dr. शेखर को बोल कर आए थे कि बाद में आयेगे.
फिर भी बोल दिया "हम नहीं करेगें सर्जरी. जाके और कहीं देख लो. " यहां तक कि मेडिकल स्टोर वाले तक को दवा देने के लिए मना कर दिया.

भगवान से दरों. वो किसी दिन सारी अकड़ निकाल देगा.
This is the service of this selfish, egoistic, mannerless hospital. Very Egoistic person Dr B. P Tyagi. And all this has been done by Dr. BP Tyagi. Showing useless Ego and attitude and very Misusing of his power and wealth.

हम चाहे तो तो harassment and contempt का केस दर्ज करा सकते हैं लेकिन ऐसे लोगों के हम अब मुहं लगना नहीं चाहते.

If you want to waste your 1000 rs and time just go there. This doctor tyagi will not listen you and some he will ignore you.

Very bad Hospital. They don't care for the patients, They just care about how to make and grab more n more money from patient.what patient suffering from and whatever the patient problem. We Went to cure hearing problem, they done operation 3 times and still no benefit instead of facing more problem in my ear. Charging of fees without any reason.
My suggestion don't go there, at the end you will realize, just wasted lot money and time.

Sinustis symptoms were observed properly. Treatment was systematic. I got relief from pain. 5 stars from my side.

The endoscopic surgery was very effective. I am happy that i found this place. No problem at all.

Full wastage of time and money. My tympanic membrane got perforated and his assistant told it will be resolved soon and even didn't make me to meet the doctor even I have paid for consulation dat is valid upto 3 days but for past 15 days I am suffering from the same tinnitus.

I visited with my father for a checkup. Firstly there was no sanitizer available in the hospital even during such pandemic time. Secondly there was no hygiene maintained. Very poor experience

I visited this doctor three to four year back. He is so arrogant and not professional at all. Total waste of money and time.

Consultation Fees is Rs. 1000/- which is quite high but the doctor does not listen to patient and does not touch the patient because the untrained staff does everything for him. He just sees the camera monitor. The staff is so unprofessional and untrained that they made my wife's ear condition worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The Dr won’t listen to the problem carefully, assistant will be taking the charge. Dr is always busy in writing the prescription and tons of medicines. If the medication wont work he will divert it to injections and even they didn’t work after almost 4 visit to the Doctor. Then ultimately i had to change the Dr.

Misbehaving doctor.doesn't know how to behave with patients.won't consult anyone to him for future.

Dr B. P Tyagi is the most pathetic doctor in Ghaziabad. Prescribes unnecessary medicines (such as steroids for allergies). His medicines can even cause you heart problems. If you want to save your life, please don't dare to visit him

Very poor staff. Attitude was very bad. 2-3hrs waiting bt staff send patients at their own discretion. Doctor never comes on time. In simple words, inki to chal rhi h Bhai becoz bechara patient kya karega. Kam se kam time to Sahi batayen patients ko. Par inhe Lagta h ki kam to bas yehi log karte h. Baki log to khali h. Akela Doctor kitne logon ko dekhega bt patients bhi to poore dekhne h aur koi Accha staff h nhi. There is no
satisfactory system to handle patients.

I had an ear operation after a year pain again started in my ear and I went to another doctor for routine check he showed ear it was again like before it was a failed operation he told me to go to doctor and show him but solution is again operation whether it is free or not but going under operation again is itself is a big task
so I will not going for operation again not good for body so I recommend you all go to some other professional hospital or take a money back guarantee

Dr BP Tyagi has glorious diagnostic skills & is one in every of the simplest ENT specialists in rulenagar, Ghaziabad.have seen several patients profitby his thorough expertise.  excellent doctor and having tight behavior.  give effective treatment.  however thus expensive.  welcome is ideal. Friendly behavior of doctors and workers is additionallyexcellent.  it's additionally a Clean and well managed hospital.
