Its been years since we have known this clinic. I am very comfortable and satisfied with their service, and each time we have any sort of pain issues with my cervical. Always visit them for consultation and definitely recommend them to everyone. I recently visited them for my cervical pain, which went pretty well with the amount of time, attention and care provided by the therapist as well as his subordinates. I had been here for severe lower back pain. My posture on day 1 was in bad shape. Within 2 sessions it was corrected and later with the core strengthening exercise was relieved with the pain.

My daughter was suffering from Shoulder pain and as we had heard great reviews for Dr Himanshu saluja so we visited his clinic. We are very satisfied with his treatment, cleanliness in the clinic, helping staff and prompt assistance and correct guidance by the Dr Himanshu saluja.

I had visited the clinic at Vaishali Setor-4 one month after my PKR surgery of right leg. I took package of 20 days for post surgery sessions which included strengthening exercises, balancing, mobility and pain relieving. I was taken good care by docter Himanshu who motivated me at every step. The journey was quite amazing and totally different from the my previous experience as I was on the right hands. Docter is thorough professional and is well aware of all the medical aspects of post rehabilitation. I would definitely want to recommend the clinic to my friends and relatives. I highly recommend Dr Himanshu for physiotherapy. I went to him with a slip disc and acute pain. In third or 4th session with his treatment, I was pain free. However took more sessions with him for strengthening and stiffness that had developed because of lack of mobility.

I consulted Dr. Saluja regarding shoulder pain I was facing, he gave a through description regarding the possible causes and designed a treatment sessions which were really good, and eased my pain in no time. I would highly recommend Dr Saluja and his team for any physiotherapy treatments.

A very good physiotherapy centre. Dr. Saluja is highly trained physiotherapist with lots of experience. He listens patiently and provides the optimum solution for earliest resolution.

I suffered from facial paralysis and Dr. Himanshu help me completely recover within 4-6 weeks time. I highly recommend him and his team!

I had back pain and reduced mobility. The physiotherapy sessions from Dr. Himanshu and team were great and i was able walk properly after couple of days.

I had fractured my tibia and fibula in my left leg while playing football, the cast was on for almost 2 months after which the doctor had suggested physiotherapy sessions for my leg to regain its movement. One of my known person suggested me to try Harsimran Physiotherapy Clinic, Sector-4 Vaishali which is headed by Dr. Himanshu Saluja. As per the suggestion i went to his clinic for my knee rehab after my tibia and fibula fracture. A very fine gentleman and an equally knowledgeable doctor, who with his modern methods and the equipments in his clinic helped me in getting back at my feet and walking again without any cast or support. The methods and regular individual care and attention provided by him was unmatched which helped me in regaining movement in my leg, knee and ankle which had gotten so stiff during the time i had my cast on.

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with bell's palsy and took related physiotherapy services from Dr. Himanshu of Harsimran Physiotherapy Clinic, Vaishali Centre.
The centre is in heart of main market equipped with approx 7-10 bed and benches for waiting area.
The soothing gurbaani music inside the facility provides inbuilt meditation to all.

The best part that makes this clinic different then other is "attention to every individual whole-heartedly".

It was a really good experience at harsimran physiotherapy clinic, Vaishali. I had calf muscle strain and unable to walk properly and Dr. Himanshu suggested three therapies for each day. I felt ease and pain free after very first session of therapy.

I feel very fortunate to find such a doctor. He is a very skilled professional and at the same time a very humble and caring person. I had a peculiar pinching pain in my left wrist. I was not able to lift things and open bottle cap as my left wrist was not able to bear any pressure. Apart from tens and ultrasonic, it's the special wrist exercises that doctor Himanshu treated me with made all the difference. After a few days of physiotherapy I have recovered from wrist pain and I am able to do all the activities. Additionally I was also guided and trained to do exercises for my pre existing C5-C6 disc problem. These are the exercises using 1kg dumbells. After a month of regular exercise at home my shoulder and neck seem much stronger. Thank you doctor for counseling me to exercise regularly.

Ankle/Foot and Back pain:
I'm writing this review so that others may benefit and lead a pain free life. In this fast-paced world, we are prone to so many muscle spasms/injuries/desk jobs neck stiffness etc. So a good physiologist is necessary to get rid of these problems.
I visited for Foot injury and back pain. The Doctor was so patient in understanding the whole issue and examined the foot & back thoroughly before proceeding with the treatment. The chiropractices used are so efficient and helped alot for relieving all the pain.
I have been to so many orthopedics and physiologists but Dr. Himanshu is the BEST doctor in Delhi NCR.
Doctor personally looks after all the patients and gives physio to them.

Had a severe pain in my neck n shoulder and having cervical since long. Went to the clinic with a stiff neck with no movement to either side. There were other patients as well, but still no wait time. The 1st treatment itself gave me immediate relief from the pain to a large extent. Dr. Himanshu Saluja gave some adjustments to my ailing Spine. In the subsequent sessions, not only I got relief from the pain, but Dr. Saluja started putting me on some exercises for strengthening my Spine. And now, I feel much much better. Dr. Himanshu was extremely patient with me. My back ache and posture problem got better only in 5 sessions. However, you have to be regular with exercises along with sessions.

Harsimran Physiotherapy Clinic at Sec 4 Vaishali is one of the best clinic for treatment of various ailments with conditions requiring physiotherapy. I visited this clinic through some reference and met Dr. Himanshu Saluja, for treatment of Frozen Shoulder (Which was a big pain for me, for many months). I was delighted to see the professionalism of Dr. Saluja, who did a great job with my first ever health examination. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner and was extremely kind and friendly. I really appreciate Dr. Salujia for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. It was great experience for me to visit Dr. Saluja. I was suffering from ankle sprain nd it was paining a lot and I was unable to walk properly for few treatment I'm feeling good nd relaxed with in couple of day. He was very cooperative and very professional.

Had ankle sprain.it was paining a lot and I was unable to walk properly.there was swelling too. Saw good reviews on Practo and visited here. Dr. Himanshu treated me manually and with some electrical equipment.
The pain and swelling reduced 70 percent in a day and to almost 10 percent in two days. Had a good experience here.

Had been suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome for past 3 months. Physiotherapy from Dr. Himanshu really helped in quick recovery and relief.

In November, I fractured my left knee and after 1.5 months when my plaster was off, I was unable to bend my knee and felt alot of pain in my knee whenever I tried to bend it but when I attend 20 classes over there, I was fully fit and been able to bend my knee without any pain.

I injured my back and was suffering from Slip Disc. I had bulging and herniation in 3 of my lower discs. I went to the doctor and he was able to identify the problem physically without any clinical tests. He suggested me treatments according to my pain intensities and muscle soreness. I was made to do exercises which has helped a lot in my recovery. He has mastered many treatment methodologies and thus have all the solutions in place.

Appropriate treatment for the cause was done and within 20 days I was able to recover 90%. Initially I could not even move for my daily chores but now I am traveling to work daily without trouble.
