Worst bank ever to visit they are not concern about about the problem of people they just live for money 4 time i visited hear for updating my adhar card but everytime it got rejected and every you have to pay 50 ruppess as recepit and 100 rupess for appointment from outside total 600 ruppess is lost for updating my adhar number and still it's not done. I suggest never to visit to this bank the work which you can do in 50 here your 600 is lost still there is no guarantee of work done don't visit worst bank

Worst bank ever - maybe not the bank but the staff
This person Ranjan Sharma who was handling few of our accounts being a responsible staff of HDFC bank but somehow without our permission he did few of our fixed deposit and very attentive every time when he needed us but when we call him for our concern he never ever attends the calls it been more than 2 yrs.this is very in-appropriate and very disappointing and very irresponsible staff of the bank.

Very bad service from two wheeler loan department since last one month I told them my emi was not debited in my account no one can regreet on this they told that call customer care.

Still have a good opinion of HDFC bank as a whole, but the Rathyatra Crossing branch in Varanasi is very inefficient and pathetic in handling Customers and specially its not a branch for senior citizens. Managers, Relationship managers and staff will talk very politely but at the end of the day, work done and output is zero. Multiple followups and running to branch personally is not what is expected now a days when an efficient branch utilise the digital technologies and minimise unnecessary Customer interaction.
Overall i would like to avoid personal interaction with the staff members of this branch given the recent experience which i had.

I have visited this branch for aadhar update on 21st december. The request for aadhar update got rejected.

Can you help me with this.what i need to do now.can you reprocess my request.

Not able to reach out as the contact number mentioned is not working.

Very bad experience of this branch especially POS service providing team.
Before opening the account, they said that in 3 to 7 days you will get the POS, you will not even need to come to the bank,
After Visiting the branch, no response was found.
