Worst service by this branch. I requested for a qr code but it's been more than 2 months and no response still. Mohit Agnihotri is the concerned person who is looking after the matter but is not bothered at all. I have sent my staff also several times to the bank but all in vain. Pathetic branch.

Very bad service. Staff is not active as well.no one listens you. Every time they told us go there, when we go other desk then same response come. This is my worst experience ever in any bank. Trust me guys don't open your account at this branch. I'm super unsatisfied this their response. Staff is very rude.even they don't know about own staff members name. I'll closed my account from this branch and bank. There is no 0 rating otherwise I give 0. I'm very very disappointed this this bank. You don't care about your customer.

Please don't open account in this branch of HDFC bank. Lazy staff are working. They didn't value the time of customers. Rude behavior.

Employees of sec-63 HDFC branch is not supportive. They are very lazy and will delay your work.
Even there printer are not working.

My experience is very bad here.

If I talking about service zero staff is ver rudely specially female staff I have never seen this kind of disgusting private bank always server down they don't have good excused ️️

Worst team sitting in this branch. They dont care what your issue are they do what they want to do and gives attitude as well. I am shocked that this is worst then any other private bank and still HDFC banks does not take any action.

I have seen many people giving same feedback but HDFC is asking to write a mail. I mean WHY HDFC.why dont you take action if so many people are complaining

Right now I'm sitting in the bank these people are treating us like they r not for help and want to get rid of us. The location on the map stays incorrect and nobody corrects it. I'm waiting here just to ask if my work can be done from here or I need to go on the other location. Just becuz of their location on ggl map I'm on the wrong location. And these people are ignoring us and telling us to wait for mr. Rahul. He didn't show up from last 30 mins. And in other 30 mins they will close the branch‍️ what the heck is going on.

This is the worst branch there is possible. Got an appointment for aadhar update and after reaching the branch got to know that the person is on leave. Waste of time and money. This branch should be permanently closed asap

Having wrost experience when I visited to hdfc branch in sec 12 noida. Staff was like prime Minister there is no one to attend customer queries. No customer help desk. Even PNB can serve better than this branch of HDFC branch. Recommend others to avoid HDFC banking

Worst services. They do work like Government office. For the small work they take time 4-5 working days. I have submitted form to update my name still not updated.

Two girls Parul and Ridhima are very rude, egoistic. They should realise that they are on customer service job, if customers will not be there then there is no need of two silly lady there.

This is not the place at all of the bank. There is nothing here. No idea what kind of location this is showing.

Bad experience from the bank

I have apply to open saving account in the bank on 1/1/2020. And also deposits 25000 rupees by cheque. & amount debited but the account is not open yet. And every time staff says lie.

The staff of this bank are very rude with their customers specially Mr. Anirudh Dixit. They show favor to do the work.

The worst service ever. Staff is least bothered about customers, I one I had to deal with- Alam was constantly on his phone avoiding duties. I was also made to visit the place 3-4 times just for opening an account.
