Hearing Point

I have horrible experience with this place. My Dad - a senior doctor - senior citizen - bought a very expensive set of hearing aids and these keep getting conked off. He has really suffered and in spite of multiple requests - they are not changing the set. I will not recommend this place to anyone every.

Gave the hearing aid for servicing. They did not do anything and the staff was very rude.very unprofessional behaviour.

I spoke with Dr Ankur Chopra as he was recommended, no doubts he spoke very nicely so I decided to visit. Upon reaching I was made to wait for 30 min and told pay first when I said I have to see first they hardly had any empathy. I simply left unattended by the doc unfriendly staff not at all recommended highly unprofessional

Had heard a lot about Dr. Ankur Chopra, hence we took prior appointment of Dr. Ankur Chopra for assessment of our 2 yr old child. On the appointment time, he wasn't available and someone else assessed the child stating that Dr Ankur will assess finally and charged consultation of Dr Ankur only. But, Dr Ankur didn't assess our child. Very disappointed.

Came for speech therapy consultation. They are very professional n experienced. Looking forward.
