Very money minded and very rude in behaviour. Ladies patient my wife was asked to share room with jents patient.

One of the biggest hospital in Agra with proper availability of all the diagnostic facilities and doctors under one roof.
Also the canteen is pretty good with affordable and tasty food for patient and their companions.thank you heritage hospital agra

If you don't love your loved ones, you can go there.my nana ji died just after normal gall bladder stone operation. Highly unprofessional staff and inexperienced doctors.doctor came so late. Please don't go there if you really want your loved ones to live.

No In- patient support from nursing staff. Call every time the attendant for even water for patient. Charged 30,000/- for one day treatment. Doctor advised at 11 am for discharge next day but we were charged for two days treatment. Worst treatment for in-patient. Really unhappy wit services

The owner calls the doctors for a visit and the doctors don't consult anything with the family members of the patient because they have their own clinics. All the doctors who visit there are SO CALLED doctors. Irresponsible behaviour is at the peak. They don't even tell the patient and his family members where they send the patient for surgery. No surgery and testing facility are available in the hospital. They send the patients to some other place without permission. There is not a single experienced doctor for the emergency. If you love your family don't think to take them to that HELL. Worst experience. Staff are highly unprofessional even in ICU. They talk rudely with the patient. Cleaning facilities are very poor even in ICU and deluxe room. Basic testing facilities are not available in the premise. For testing and ultrasound more than 3 patients are taken outside in one ambulance. Doctors are not visiting at proper time. I suggest don't take risk of your beloved ones by admitting them into this hospital.

Hello everyone I'm divyansh i want to say that i recently visited Heritage Hospital and they have Very friendly and helpful staff. Good ambience. Experienced team of doctors and nurses. Strongly recommended. One of the best hospital in Agra.

It's a very nice hospital and the staff is very nice n good. A genuine treatment is always been given in this hospital.

Worst experience. I was dengue positive & came here for the treatment under Dr. VK Aggarwal. First of all, doctor & the so called staff here have no sense of responsibility for the patient. Big time GHOTALA is being done openly in terms of medicines & reports etc. I am now completely fine since last 48 hours but they ppl won't let me go home now just to make more & more money. Ms Reena takes care of the dischagre procedure but she is making us wait since morning. The procedure of discharge is still in progress & we are waiting just to get a mere pass to get out of here now. Plus rooms are filthy, no proper cleaning. Bathrooms are pathetic that too in deluxe rooms. If one is healthy, he will get sick over here. I don't recommend this hospital at all.

The service is really good and staff is quite cooperative. Thanks to sachin kumar who specially help me in every step whenever I was facing any problem.

I recently admitted my son for treatment of Dengue. There were many issues to start with such as unprofessional nursing staff as they did not carry doctor's prescription while giving medicines to patients resulting missing of proper doses, untimely treatment, chase for treatment by us, repeated reminders for treatment etc.perhaps they were too much overloaded and one can see thier frustration. They need to learn objection handling and tone adjustments while treating the sick people.
A. Cs were out of function most of the time even when you do not have windows in a room.shocking and the reception staff made falls excuses of electricity cut.we had to request and argue each time in order to get the A. Cs on.
Canteen food was un-hygienic as use old pharmacy requisition slips tn food trays to put chapatis on.
Pharmacy store does not provide medicines as per the prescription and most of the time there were short supply by him
We later connected with Mr. Sachin Kumar who tried to put the course correction inplace to the best of his capacity. We are very impressed with Mr. Yateesh and Ravi for their services they are definitely true assets of Heritage hospital.

Me, my father and my mother all were admitted there bcoz of dengue.
He (vk Agarwal) doesn't care for any1. He only comes in hospital for walk only.
When i ask about 26000 platelets of my parents to him he always reply that "DON'T KNOW WHETHER THEY WILL SURVIVE OR NOT"

3-4 jumbo pack platelets chada diye
But still dr.ne roka nhi nahi kuch tasali di
Aakhir me haarkar papa ko RR hospital Delhi le gya and waha dr.ne normal kaha.

इस हॉस्पिटल में मैंने अपने मम्मी पापा का इलाज करवाया है, दोनो बार ही जो खर्चा हुआ, वह अन्य होस्पिटलो की तुलना में कई गुना ज्यादा है।
अगर आपके मरीज के कोई भी मसीन या पार्ट डाला जा रहा हो तो उसका पक्का बिल जरूर लेना।
मुझसे 70 हजार लेकर केवल 30 या 35 हजार का पेस मेकर डाला, जोकि 2 दिन में ही गड़बड़ हो गया और दोबारा ऑपरेट करना पड़ा।
एक उदाहरण देरहा हूं:
टेंपरेरी पेस मेकर जो कि अन्य जगहों पर 10हजार में डाला जाता है, यहां पर उसका चार्ज 40 से 60 हजार रहता है।
"जैसा मुर्गा वैसी छुरी"

Very very rediculas doctors and staff, don't know how to talk with patients, I will not recommended this hospital and doctors.
Doctor's attitude is very very bad. They don't know how to consult patient problems.

Very bad experience with this hospital, very old equipments, not very qualified staff, dampy walls, common toilet are highly unhygienic there is no soap or hand wash is there, door mats are hanging inside bathroom, leaked roof, you can easily get a surprise shower if you use these bathroom during rain, i am giving 2 star because of doctors, doctor's panel is good.

Very bad experience, they are so much careless and irresponsible that you can't imagine.
Doctors which are attached with them doesn't give even a minute to patients. They just come to mark their attendance once within 24 hours. And same doctors treat well when we go to their clinic directly.

Support staff is so careless that once they put dripset, they don't care that when to extract it. One of the patient hurt himself as the dripset finished and he need to go to washroom. But there was no support staff. So overall bat ratings.

They sent patient for the Ultra-sounds to pathology.it happens within 30min. But there ambulance was not available for 3 hours.

Cleaning is unsatisfactory.
General wards are congested
Space for attendants is not comfortable.even in deluxe rooms
There should be seat covers with cushion on attendent seats.
Toilet are in unhygienic condition.
Drinking water facility is only at ground floor.while drinking water should to available on each floor.
