Hospital employee's behavior are very bad. Hospital environments are toxic because of their employees. The doctor does not visit Emergency, ICU, and CCU patients, only junior doctors and ward members treat the patients, but the hospital charges doctor's fees on a daily basis.

Very unpleasant hospital environment. The hospital staff are careless and behave badly. Only junior doctors and ward staff members check the patients in the Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Critical Care Unit (CCU). My mother was admitted to the ICU for 17 days, and the hospital put Dr. Madhukar Rai's name on the file, but he never saw how she was doing. Instead, the hospital charged Rs. 500 per day for Dr. Madhukar Rai's visits. The hospital staff misbehaved after I complained.

No ECMFG eligibility even after 3 batches got passed out. If someone wants to study PG overseas after doing UG in HIMS, it’s not possible because this college do not have the eligibility. We can’t able to write USMLE, PLAB etc,

Don’t spoil your career joining here. The university affiliation is also a joke in this college.

The hospital itself is immaculate and well-maintained, creating a clean and comfortable environment for patients. The waiting areas are spacious and well-designed, with plenty of seating options and amenities such as TV screens and magazines to keep patients entertained while they wait.

Worst.when you are providing our permanent registration certificate MBBS.

Many of have to apply for job and they are asking to produce the permanent registration of MBBS

I have very bad experience in this hospital, if you complain against the staff of this hospital then you will suffer more, there is complain scan code where you can scan and complain, my grand father was admitted in heritage ims hospital on 23 jan 2023 in emergency ward, he recover much, and shifted semi private ward on 27 jan 2023 @ 5th floor, and the all staff (nurses, ward lady, doctors) fifth was very rude. By seeing there behavior I made complain through scan code on 28 jan 2023, and on 29 jan 2023 my grandfather get serious he can't breath properly and shifted to ICCU and after 30 min. He shifted to ventilator and on 2 feb he died.
So please, I suggest there are medical student who are treating patient like nothing, they are doing experiment without guidance of there senior. This hospital is Good for nothing. So please avoid this hospital

You will find difficulty everywhere, while taking medicine some time you have to wait 1 hour straight, no transparency in ICU, CCU unit, they will always find a way to loot you, absolute rubbish place

Good service is available here, every facilities doing well work thanks to everyone HiMs stop.and like very much fis place.

Doctors are good but students and staff are to care less.they don't understand someone's helplessness.they have no responsibility.i am talking about Ophthalmology (netralay). They waste our 3 hour time for normal check up.plz someone correct them.they leave the patient and use the phone.

अमानवीय । पशुता पर उतारू । भक्षक । सिर्फ दिखावे की ड्यूटी । पीपीई किट पहन कर शराब के नशे में (जी हां ऐसा मेरे पिता जी ने पूरे होश में बताया था,) अपनी शिफ्ट के घण्टे बिताता छोटे से बड़ा हर एक मेडिकल स्टाफ । दिहाड़ी पर काम करने वाले ऐसे लड़कों को नाइट शिफ्ट में रखा गया है जिनका मेडिकल से कोई वास्ता नहीं । उन लड़कों के हाथ पैर जोड़कर सौ दो सौ देकर रात में अपने अपने परिजनों का हाल पूछने को विवश । पूरी पूरी रात जागकर सिर्फ अपने परिजन की चलती सांस की तस्दीक करते रहने तक को व्याकुल । भइया फलां बेड पर पड़े मेरे प्रिय की SpO2 कितनी है । भगवान की संज्ञा में नर पिशाच । ईश्वर यदि देख रहा है तो इन्हे ऐसी वेदना देगा कि जिसकी कल्पना का दृश्य भी वीभत्स हो ।

Never visit this hospital, this is run by fresher doctor / trainee doctor with lack of experience.
