Good option for shopping however didn't like the billing part as they have separated from lifestyle. Must low down or offer out some products to become pocket friendly.
Worst in store service. I received a defective product through online purchase. I tried to contact them through emails, chats, calls, but nothing worked. When I visited the store, they agreed that the product is faulty and I will get a refund. However, after sometime they refused saying they can’t do anything. I am never going to buy anything from this company again!
Awesome products. Pocket friendly also if you wamt in hugh ramge. They have that too. Basically they have all range of products and have maintained high quality as well. And the staff is very humble and helpful.
I tried to return a faulty wall clock and they refused to refund or replace the item. I left the item with them and nobody reached out to me after that. I have filed a complaint in consumer forum as well. Worst in-store experience ever.
I am a regular customer of lifestyle and homecentre but my today's shopping experience is very bad and specifically the behaviour of store manager. I know one customer doesn't matters you but after my today's experience and behaviour from the manager I am never going to shop again with Homecentre and Lifestyle. Thank you
