Mr. Shankar Kumar Thakur was assigned to assemble my study table. He was very sincere and called me as soon as he gets my details. Then he fixed a time of my convenience and came to my house at 6.30 AM as per my request. He sincerely worked and fitted my furniture nicely. I have not seen a more sincere professional at this level.

It was a great experience. Suraj Prakash with ID No - 353807 gurgaon did the assembly. It was very professional service. He was polite and did the perfect assembly.

Mr. Sunil kumar Roy helped in assembly of the furniture in very professional way. He came at the scheduled time and did job to my complete satisfaction.

Furniture stock is good but slightly over-priced.worst of all is long delivery period of 12 days even as item is already there infront of you.they do not share their contact for follow-up on order or complaints.staff is also not supportive.

Wish there is an option for 0 star. Hometown is very fraud company to buy any furniture. I have purchased 3+2 seater sofa. They said it will be delivered in next 10 days but have got a call from them after 12 days that 2 seater sofa is not available. I gave them 10 more days to check if they can provide me the same set of sofa. But now after almost 25 days, they are saying to purchase another set of 2 seater sofa. How can anyone buy 2 seater sofa different from 3 seater sofa. Fraud company and fraud employees. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Great place to buy home products, furnishings, furniture, sofas, dining tables, large and small beds for all sizes, office chairs, office tables, all types bathroom hardware, wall fittings, showers, cubicles, kitchen, ceramics, plastics, steel and all sorts of high quality and latest innovative designs and modern finishes. Plants and plant holders are best and fast moving products. Overall a nice and fruitful experience.

Very costly wall paper and very poor service, you can get all type of wall paper from chawari bazar delhi at 1/4th rate. Avoid to buy wall paper and other such itmes.the cost of wall paper is 3000/- here.on the other shop it is available in 1500/- in delhi. Huge looooot at Home town.

Overall gr8 experience I have purchased few antiques n decorative items which was worth buying and really a value for money products.

I have bought a Dining table & Sofa set on 01/06/2019 from Home Town, Noida. But it was delivered on 08th June & 11th June after that I have made several call to on customer help for technician even after 15 days of purchase technician didn't turn up. I tried to call Home Town Noida also but Phone no given on website was not reachable.
This kind of service you will not expected even after paying much higher price then market price. I feel cheated,

Purchased a bed, matress, table and 2 free pillows on 31.5.2019. To be delivered on 10.6.19. I was called on the 9th that the headboard was damaged. To deliver matress and pillows. I asked for them be sent together. Today 14.6.19 the bed was delivered, headboard still rough and not polished. Shockingly they have no clue of the matress and pillows. Worse I was asked to pick up the table from the shop itself. GIP. Noida. Customer Care quite useless. Shocked and disappointed

It is located in the basement floor GIP mall close to Noida sector 18 metro station. It is straddled in huge area having toilet and drinking water facility. All home furnishings, furniture, indoor plants, sanitary ware, modular kitchens etc are available at somewhat reasonable rate. There are varieties and various schemes from time to time. Service is prompt and responsive.
