Hotel Charans Plaza

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, untrained staff, In a digital age of today they think Internet is not required ;for the two days I stayed there Wi-Fi did not work for the entire hotel. Ambience is decent, but the hotel needs to spend on training manpower (specially the customer facing ones)

There was no light / electricity in hall no 3.
Light could not be repaired till end of the function.

Worst experience. In front of customer employees started fighting. Atmosphere is very bad not for family and kids.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was non-functional for three consecutive days, which was extremely inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and it felt neglected. The room key card had issues, forcing me to repeatedly go down the lift just to access my room.

Adding to my frustration, there was a persistent issue with the doorbell ringing between 1 to 2 am every night, disrupting my sleep. To top it off, when we checked out, the staff didn't seem to care about our concerns or provide any resolution.

I used Airpods for charging and when I came back I couldn't find it when I asked the staff and they said you had not brought it at all.

This property doesn't even deserve 2 starsThis was a subpar experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Located in very crowdy and narrow road. Plenty of offices banks. Parking is a big problem.

The hotel's view is beautiful frim Outisde, with everything updated and fresh. The Food was great and the staff too.overall good time being there

Good place to stay in business or family travel. Good food, ample options in buffet breakfast also.

The hotel is very good. 'The terrace' buffet and the 'Woodpecker cafe' are a plus plus. Must visit.

A star hotel in Halwasia Market reasonably priced. Central location.comfortable stay. Recommended for stay.

Rooms are spacious, food is decent quality but not too great. Location is quite apt while the overall ambient space could have bew more. A good place overall.

This hotel is very good to stay for a few days when you come to visit Lucknow. Or come from some work. This hotel has very good services, its rooms are very clean and hygiene. Moreover, if you want to do some shopping, then this hotel is also best for that because here is a famous market of Hazratganj nearby in which you will find many foreign brands to shop. Including Nikke, Adidas, Puma, etc. And at the same time you will find indigenous brands such as Alain Soli, Lakme, Monte Carlo, Peter England etc. Also, there is a good facility to eat and drink here.

The best part about this hotel is that it's in the centre heart of the city that is Hazratganj.
There are people who look for something which is easily available and well connected. For them this is a very good option.

I went to a party so I can't say Abt d restaurant but halls r not dat big but d food is awesome.really liked d food n d preparation.

Stay between 14-17th Dec 2019, I will start off with my check-in process, that's when I must have decided to move out and look for another place, but since I was traveling with my old parents and 1-year-old daughter it was difficult to move and find another place.
The staff member named Dilip/Deepak in the brown uniform was extremely rude, I should have made my hotel booking online but I trusted them on a phone call and felt that I was overcharged.
Secondly the NOISE, I was living on the 3rd floor, never opt for a room on the 3rd floor right on the 4th floor is their famous Terrace restaurant and music, noise of moving chairs goes on till 1 am in the night after an eventful day at a vacation all we need some peace and quiet for rest but this place won't give you that. After multiple calls and requests the reception they finally stopped it by 1 am.
Thirdly, the breakfast spread, how does it feel to eat the same food the same menu for 3 consecutive days? Its the same menu, the same food, the same taste every single day for breakfast, I suggest u don't opt for the breakfast and order for the authentic Lucknow breakfast on zomato.
Forth, the housekeeping staff is extremely rude, I don't blame them because they are very few and overworked so they won't attend you on time they would say 5 mins and not return for an hour because they get busy with doing other work.
Lastly, the checkout, since I was traveling with the baby I happened to stain a towel with small drops of baby food that could be washed away, but the reception staff created a ruckus at the time of check out and made me feel so embarrassed, they were extremely rude and made me feel like i have committed a major sin.
I have traveled across the world but this man - Mr. Deepak/ Dilip the bell boy is the rudest and the most arrogant man I have come across, please do not have any conversation with this man as he can get very arrogant if u don't opt for the services such as taxis etc that he wants to offer. So stay away from this man and OWNER please not that this man is not a food image to your hotel and lucknow (city of tehzeeb).

Pros of Living in this hotel - in the heart of Hazrat Ganj. The only guy who is good there and is worth talking to is Mr. Vinay he can help you out with all your needs - from a late checkout to saving you from arrogant staff members.
When you order food online, you can order for plates, spoons, and bowls from the room/kitchen service they are extremely prompt.
The rooms are can be better if maintained well, but all the facilities of a 3 star are available.
All in all the unwelcoming staff spoilt my stay and made my 3 days very uncomfortable, i was just waiting to get out of there. Going back to Lucknow? - YES, going back to Charans Plaza? - NEVER!

It was good and great great for it is well balanced and beautiful artitechture.
Good rooms are too small and the front outside part has almost no lights. So.it's looks normal from outside.

Good place but the utensils for lunch or dinner are very dirty. Seniors and junior staff uses abusive language with their colleagues.

Arrangement was good, snacks were very tasty. Decorations and food items were also tasty and healthy.

Convenient location with parking, reasonable tariff, bustling dining restaurant with all you can eat buffet at Rs 399, excellent finger food-recommended chicken tikka, fairly good bar overlooking the beautiful Habibullah residence.

Great and reasonable buffet lunch but the service is poor. It is on terrace so inspite of shades it can ve got in summers.

Good for royal feeling expense level is high but worth for money even at high prices exclusive infrastructure nd interior with good food nd bevages

The hotel is good. Service is what makes it bad. With good upkeep and a better set of staffs this could be a game changer.

Very nice place as a palace go visit again and agian and again and again move right now check it out here to see how is everything going sure u will be impressed. The costs is not high and the fare is also very low goo goo right now and the offer is also going on. What about the food? Ans-As per your requirement not spicy and very tasty Yummmy. If u eat above ₹5000 there is a treasure and you will be allowed to open the treasure you will get exciting prizes you can not immagine. I love this hotel and its room. Best part is size of the rooms. It's amazing. And whenever you visit this hotel, make sure that you book your table well in advance at the terrace restaurant you want to love the terrace restaurant they of a finger licking food and a variety of good food. I also would like to add that they can improve their room service this will definitely add some value.

Nice hotel. Excellent staff. Professional attitude and supportive administration. I recon this hotel one of the best under the range and highly placed at most eventful area of Lucknow-Hazratganj. Nice facilities excellent quality of aminities.

The buffet is value for money and the food quality is more than satisfactory for both Vegitarian and Non-vegetarian dishes. The waiter services need a bit improvement tho.

Went for a buffet lunch here. The food was good. But keep in mind it's a terrace restaurant so it can get a little hot in the afternoon specially during Summers. There is air-conditioning but Lucknow heat is greater. The hotel however does it's best to keep you as comfortable as possible.

The rooms are cozy, immaculate and we'll maintained. The staff is very professional and punctual. They have a restaurant named "the terrace " which offers a great buffet with 2 snacks and a widely varietious options for the main course and the dessert. The food is undoubtedly great and appetising to the taste buds, especially their lschcha paratha and dal arhar are the stars. The hot garlic is pretty great too. So is their tomato Dhaniya shorba soup.

Had been there for there Rs. 400 buffet.
The buffet was a mixed bag.starters are ok but very limited in choice.the main course has loads of paneer and is better than starters.but the real bang is the desserts they are the real show stoppers of their buffet.so my recommendations is to eat light for starters and go have a full at main course and finish off with the desserts.
