Hotel Ganges Grand - Varanasi

We stayed in cottage rooms, room is super super good and spacious. Hotel is at prime location near to temple. Food is good but expensive. Only Minus is they dont have lift till 4th floor.

Stayed at Hotel Ganges Grand for four days in the last week of 2023. Straregically located at Godowlia crossing. Can be reached by car. The hotel has basement parking facility. Attached Restaurant Dawat is also good. Can arrange boat ride, sight seeing tour. Price is on the higher side.

Rooms were totally different from photos and also its in God knows in which corner its also doesn't even have a proper name banner of hotel

Very nice and cooperative staff, good parking facility, very prime location near temples and ghats, Mr DK Upadhyay manager with smiling face, is very nice and gentle person

The rooms are not clean - not dirty either - they are the best combination of things around - amazing location though - very close to Kashi Vishwanath Corridor

The location of this hotel is very good. Walkable distance to Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple and Das ashwamedh ghat.
We only tried the restaurant.
The dining area is neat and clean and the food was ok.

Only executive rooms have proper views.
Service is average. Restaurant is average.
Travel desk is very good. Good location.

यहां के लोग आपकी हरेक छोटी बड़ी जरूरत का ख्याल रखते ही हैं साथ ही अगर आपको पूरे बनारस को एक्सप्लोरर करना हो या आपको गंगा आरती देखनी हो सभी चीजों की व्यवस्था यहां के स्टाफ आपकी जरूरत के अनुसार करा देतें हैं।
अगर पास की सड़क बंद हो और अगर आप यहां ठहरे हों तो आप निश्चिन्त होकर यहां फ़ोन कीजिये आपकी गाड़ी को सुरक्षित पार्किंग तक पहुंचाने की जिम्मेदारी यहां के स्टाफ की है।
मिलाजुला कर कहा जा सकता है कि आप सही जगह का चुनाव कर रहे हैं अगर आप यहां रुकने की प्लानिंग करते हैं तब।
टैरिफ कुछ ज्यादा है तो आपको यह भी देखना होगा अगर आप यहां रुकना चाहते हैं तब।

At the heart of the city near the temple itself. Although the street is crowded but the hotel provides for being near to market place and ghat if u want to stay in a better property. Staff was good and food was tasty.if roaming Varanasi is your motto you can stay in other places where u get less crowd.

It's okay okay.kind of hotel.

Loacted at an ideal location in Kashi. However it's not that bad, it need improvement in hospitality, hygiene and food.

Location of hotel is very gud, rooms are clean, staff are well-behaved but hotel restaurant is too much expensive. All in all good hotel to stay

Hotel is at good and precious location. But the restaurant service is very slow. I am totally disappointed with the staff behaviour, And the food taste is average like normal restaurants.

A amazing hotel with big rooms and peaceful environment. The food here tastes delicious and the staff is also very professional. One can get a clear view of Shiv Abhishek from the rooms of the hotel. It's located near main market so it's quite easy to shopping.

Very close to Kashi Vishwanath Temple & Dasashwamedh ghat. Rooms are good, neat and clean. Best place to stay in Varanasi if main purpose is to visit Kashi Vishwanath temple/boat ride to different ghats.

Good hotel to stay in Varanasi. Very near to Kasi Vishwanath temple. It is centrally located and easy to go anywhere in Kasi from this hotel.

Terrible! We booked for 11 people 3 months in advance, and 2 weeks before our stay, they cancel citing "payment was required in advance". No where did it say on their website that we needed to pay in advance.in fact it said pay at property! 1 STAR.

Five star for the food here. We were tired looking for a good place to have vegetarian food and only this hotel's restaurant came as a rescue and served great food. Very close to the Ghat is another great advantage.

Location might not be good. The place is too crowded. But talking about their service, its pretty good. Enjoyed my stay there.:)

If u are in Varanasi to pay a visit to viswanath temple n other temples around.this is d best place to hit.close to all d temples n Ganga ghats.nice food. Good for some local shopping

Nice hotel near Kashi template. Walking distance to the temple and ghat. Food is execllent though service staff is not good. Little noisy hotel as hotel is on main cross road.

Only good thing is it's nearby to Ghats, rooms are good, but service are pathetic, staff didn't respond, Advise not to stay with family

Been here and ordered coffee n Hakka noddles (chicken) it’s was awesome. The only thing which bothered me was waiter came after quite long to take my order otherwise ambience is superb here. Food which I had as I told you guys.

Good Hotel with good services but reaching here is a tuff task because it is located in the heart of the city & second issue is parking your SUV, car or bike. They have the worst underground parking. Iys very tight & small area.but you can get everything here because its in the heart of city. You can get to taste famous dishes & dtinks of varanasi. You can see all the types of banarsi saree at the shops near it. & one multiplex KCM is very close to it& River Ganges is also very close to the hotel. Just from a walking distance.
