One of the worst hotel I've ever faced in my entire life, staff are completely unprofessional with poor services their owner Mr. Neeraj & Manager Mr. Vivek both are scammers. If you'll organise marriage party or these kind of events please be aware with their expenses. They don't have even manners to speak with the guest.they harras mentally.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort during the monsoon season with my friends. The off-season visit provided us with the peace and quiet we were looking for. The room service was excellent, and the lunch, dinner, and hi-tea services were top-notch. However, I found the breakfast to be just okay. Overall, it was a great experience, especially if you're seeking a serene getaway with good company.
Only thing I didn’t liked about there hotel is the male receptionist at hotel (morning hours). He was dumb and pathetic person and have no sense of humour.
I traveled all the way to Lucknow from delhi (overnight journey) via train and reached hotel at 10: 30 am all exhausted with my luggage
Plus i am hanuman devotee dont eat anything without shower and reciting hanuman chalisa
He directly said not aloud before 2 PM / if need room now pay me 800 tariff otherwise wait till then.
Ok understood hotel baseless policy when already room is empty.

Hotel service staff is pathetic and very disrespectful behaviour.they try to charge extra and they create scenes at the reception.they try to humiliate the couples in the hotel. My worst experience in a hotel till now.
My worst experience ever. The reception lady was very arrogant and rude. They are very unprofessional. They don't have parking so I have to park outside and someone smashed my car. If you spill anything in the room, they charge extra for its cleaning and they argue at the reception and creates scene to humiliate the guests. Not recommended to anyone. Pls be careful before booking room in this hotel.
Worth visiting this place, we booked it for OBSERVANCE corporate party and it's really awesome place and the FOOD is scrumptious. Would recommend whosoever wanna enjoy.
Not at all justified. Lack of cleanliness.unclean washroom.all furniture having dust on that. Fridge not working. Charged for aquafina but giving FIIT (some local) water bottle. Only hyped hotel. Not for stay. If anyone planning for stay.be ready for above mentioned issues. When i reached manager then he told abhi karata hu but uske baad no one bother. Highly disappointed…
We hired Nakshtra for the wedding ceremony, and it’s location is just amazing and very convenient, Mr. Vivek management was really good, the decorations was awesome, the staff was helpful, overall it was a wonderful experience.
We Hired Nakshatra for wedding ceremony. They are demanding in town for reasons. Aptly located. Fabulous decor. Good food and service make this worth of cost. The rooms are very tidy and classy, So spacious. It has open lawn and indoor area too. Can cater to all your events needs. For the best experience reach them in advance negotiate on your needs and get the work done.
I have done annaprashan ceremony of my daughter. I paid 25000 thousand for decoration bt i got decoration very poor. Which I can manage under 5000. I will not come again. I dont suggest to other
Terrible experience, I booked the property for 2 days through an online app and paid in advance. I traveled from 800kms and when I reached the property it was around 12 the night, the manager said that we didn't have available rooms after a little while and a little argument he sent me to another nearby property and said that I could stay there for one day. After 1 day had to return back to this property. After all this nonsense when I stayed at the property for one night, there was no car parking due to which I had to park my car outside and someone gave a dent to it. The breakfast was terrible they charged 250 per person for the breakfast and said that they have room dining. At the time of breakfast when I called the manager for the breakfast he said we have buffet breakfast for today, please come and have the breakfast in 5 mins otherwise you won't get the breakfast.
The food was really bad and on top of it, they don't allow outside food.
I booked this hotel yesterday and Room was good and also service but A. C. Was not working. Regarding this, i hv called at reception 4th times but there resposne is very weak that's why I really disappointed and because of this I checked out this hotel yesterday evening. They could not resolved A. C. Issue till end of the day.
Hotel is good and rooms are clean and hygiene but I have a problem last time that they have wifi but i can't connect to internet, seems like there was a problem and I stayed for 2 days it not got fixed in the mean time.
Hi, I had my engagement and Wedding in July 2022 where both the ceremonies were held at Hotel Nakshatra. We were in touch with Mr. Vivek. Decoration was really a thumbs up, everyone praised it. Food was delicious. Vivek was available all the time for answering our queries & in helping us planning a smooth wedding. It was really nice of him to give us the penthouse for Bridal shoot as well. However, on the day of wedding, the electricity went off quite a few times and we were left sweating profusely. Guests were feeling uneasy and so were we. Hopefully, the Hotel would look into this matter to eliminate such inconvenience on one of the best days of a bride & groom's life to make it an absolute delightful experience. I would have given a sure shot 5 star rating, if the electricity hassle wouldn't have happened.

The best part which headache for everyone is the location on which this place gets 100 points. Easily accessible via road. The Nakshatra Lawn is quite big and there are a lot of options like banquet hall, empire hall, rooftop, for all occasions. The Nakshatra Hotel & Lawn can easily accommodate around 400+ people, this, in particular, is for kids where they can play around with lots of big toys available. The staff was really good and the food is delicious too with options like snacks and meal with salads afterward is too good for everybody. Don't miss a chance of anyone gets invite by someone to visit this place. Though I attended the day function I can see lights for the evening would steal the show from the guests
I had my brother's engagement where the staff mishandled and started a fight with the family members. Very poor service. Served smelly food to the guests. House keeping staff has almost no sense to talk.
The hotel is good as compared to price the facilities is also great and the infrastructure it's cool the room are well clean and also house keeping staff come a day after to again clean it. But a little thing which irritated me is that I asked the staff for cloth iron they said they will provide and they didn't come also I asked for many a times again they say they will give but they didn't provide and just keep saying this. Overall my experience was great.
I had my sister's engagement ceremony from Nakshatra banquet last year in November. I have booked 4 rooms as well here I want to share my genuine reviews The banquet and rooms were really nice and clean Food was awesome. I missed to have a word with the cook and thank him for that. I get good feedbacks even now for the food. Service staff was really good and well behaved. They were always there to help us for anything Managers were really awesome. They were involved since beginning and helped coordinate all the tasks throughout the function Their DJ was not professional so I suggest you to arrange DJ by yourself Overall I had great experience with this place and would like to do bookings here in future as well if required.
I had quiet good experience regarding food & hospitality. Specially Mr.vivek attended me & helped me alot throughout my function. So, from my side it's a THUMBS UP
The nakshatra lawn is awesome place to held a function, I had my engagement over there, it was beautifully n sincerely handled by the team nakshtra, especially want to thank Mr Vivek Singh, he has been cordial n responsible enough to handle things soo well, tht the function went so smooth tha we hd all the tym to enjoyy n celebrate. I had my engagement yesterday on the rooftop, I can't even explain how pathetic experience it was. The decorator Mr. Shitanshu has no etiquettes and does all the false commitment regarding decor. Only Mr. Neeraj is a decent person because of whom I and my family not reacted much. My relatives were doing arrangements and manual work. At the end for bride groom and their family, there was no sufficient food to serve on the round table. All in all worst experience.

We had 3 major functions of our wedding at Nakshatra. The first 2 functions went quite well. Everything was as promised. There were little issues with the menu. But that can be overlooked. But our main wedding function was not at all the same as promised. The decor for the wedding was way below the expectations. Gate and stage decor was of very low quality and not even 50% same of what was shown during booking. And mandap decor was the worst. All our wedding photos are spoilt because of such decor. The chair which was there for bride and groom was broken. Cold tea/coffee was being served to the guests. Even after complaining, they did not take any proper actions. Apart from this, there were many other things that were promised but not done.
The reason given for all this mess was that there were multiple events in the day they could not manage well. But if they are accomodating 3-4 wedding functions at their venue then they should have requisite resources to provide quality service to all the parties.
This was not at all expected from this hotel.

How can I forget the glittering marriage ceremony of my dear friend at this upscale lawn in a prime location in Lucknow. Dazzling decoration, superb service, fabulous food and above all the caring staff made it a truly unforgettable experience. Spread over a huge area on the main road it has good parking space and nice rooms to stay.
2 Banquet halls and and a party lawn is available here. The hotel does not have skilled staff. Quality of service is poor. Infrastructure is upto the mark.
Inexperienced staff results in bad service, which cancels the advantage of a good location and good construction.
A location right on Hahnemann Chauraha should be a heaven-sent blessing. Add to it new, well constructed facility.
All this goes to dust because of bad management. The staff is clearly inexperienced. In one marriage that I attended, they could not manage the flow of people on to the tables, resulting in a huge "traffic jam". They crammed all the serving bowls in a very small space, leading to much crowding. Also, the staff could not deliver food to fill emptying trays promptly.
One of the floor managers ignored a request to send help for cleaning spilled sharbat. Had to virtually grab a fellow to get him to wipe.
So much potential, wasted due to unsuitable staff.
Lawn is quite spacious with all the amenities at your disposal. Of late, it has become a lawn cum banquet. 2 banquet halls have been constructed, one being at ground floor and the other being on first floor. Atop them are 21 rooms on second and third floors respectively. On fourth floor they are planning to open a roof top bistro.
To the owner, 3 stars are given only because of the outrageous behaviour of the self proclaimed owner MISS SAUMYA, who has some serious ego issues. Hospitality is a far fetched idea for her. Her sense of entitlement will literally ruin your property' s reputation on which you have invested so much. You need to keep a check on her. As far as Mr. Abhishek is concerned, he is a piece of gem who knows what hospitality is and his professionalism is exponential as compared to that self proclaimed owner.
Other day attended a marriage reception here. Spacious lawn, nicely decorated. Facilities are good and vehicles can parked on the either side of the road.
A fabulous banquet hall spread over vast area and located in the heart of the city. It's beautifully maintained and decorated. The staff is prompt and on point. A special mention for food. It's finger licking good with good spread for both veg and non veg sections. Stage is great and the seats at it look really royal. All in all I would like to say that it really sets the benchmark for the banquet halls not in Lucknow but any city in India.
