Pathetic agency. They unnecessarily harass their customer. I dealt with their personnel only twice; once, when I went to have connection and second when I wanted to surrender connection and it was pathetic both the times.
When, I went to have connection, they said that I have to buy accessories from them, else, they won't give my connection. I had to complaint to get connection.

Few years later, I went to get my LPG connection surrendered aur ye kaam single day me ho sakta tha. But, pehle din mujhse sare papers lene ke baad, mujhe transfer papers dene ke liye unnecessarily doosre din bulaya. Jabki, I informed ki mere paas vehicle nahi hoga aur train bhi hai to time ki Kami hogi, so, of possible complete on same day. But, I was unnecessarily called 2nd day.
Till now, I had been able to complete these formalities in a single visit.

Ye counter wala banda ya to jawab dega hi nahi ya to aise jawab dega ki agli baar baat hi na kare koi. Aisi naukri me aisa attitude?
Pata nahi owner ne kya soch ke rakh liya hai. Owner seemed to be genuine person, but lacks control over his staff.
Government should implement 100% piped gas, taki aise badtameezon se baat karne ki zaroorat na pade.

PS 1: Yahan agar aap connection termination ka application do to ye jabardasti use surrender voucher karwa denge aur poore India me kahin passbook jama nahi hoti, par yahan surrender ke samay ye passbook bhi jama kar lete hain. Aur aap pooch lo in cheezon ke karan, to koi bhi jawab nahi dega. Sab aise attitude me chup rahenge jaise koi bade minister baithe hon aur munh kholne me tauheen hogi.
Iska simple reason ye ki inhe lagta hai ki ab inke customer aap ban gaye to ab jaoge kahan. Inke staff ki akad top class pe ho jati hai. Someone pls provide link where I can complaint HPCL officially.

Seems the distributor doesn't have control over cylinders. In every 7 days, people try to sell cylinder without slip or voucher printed. When asked they say, there was no power to print. I booked twice through call, there was no delivery made. Poor agency, facing lot of difficulty after merger has happened with Raghuber gas. I'll surely escalate to customer care.
