At 9: 46 PM on 9 MARCH 2020 petrol pump salesman (HARIOM) abused me mentally and has also shouted on me Actually I made payment through Bhim UPI, (ALL UPI APP ARE AVAILABLE IN PETROL PUMP), HARIOM sales man started shouting on me and said that I have made payment on wrong QR code he was very rude to me, and he refused to fill the petrol, all salesman came and started pressuring me to pay again and they were not refunding the money which i have already paid, now the question is why they have put wrong QR code on which payment is invalid? Than after heated arguments hariom (salesman) gives order to another salesman to fill the petrol, the salesman behaviour was also bad but i ignored it and after filling petrol in my scooty, salesman did not close the fuel tank and told me to move which indicates that he has done his job, and with open petrol tank I reached my home and the oil kept coming out from petrol tank during the way luckily there was no major issue but this is an act of negligence from their side which can be risky and dangerous for human life and it can also cause major accident if petrol catches fire while driving Thank you i am waiting for a positive response from your end to avoid repetition of this kind of situation in future
