I needed a replacement printer cartridge. They simply denied and said it won't be available, whereas I can see the same cartridge listed at HP website.moreover advising me to buy the cartridge from grey market! Why this is your authorized service station HP? !

No knowledge of product after sale parts, given wrong part and the product was in warranty. HP customer service (after sale) is really pathetic, we again switch back to brother, how our 11 months with HP printers cost us.
