The laptop I purchased from this place get stuck during a meeting and when I went for repairs for the same the behavior of the staff was so rude and harsh and they also replaced the parts when I get it repaired drom other dealers then I get to know.

Recently visit HP WORLD INDIRAPURAM
for a laptop service, MR Rahul service engineer very supportive and help full person.

I had a bad experience with Mr. Rahul at this store. To get a new laptop battery, I went to HP World. I was surprised when they provided me an HP Battery for Rs. 5500 Original because I had anticipated getting the real one. However, they handed me an OEM product instead of an original one, which costs 3500 at another HP outlet after GST, making their cost about 58% more.the price is higher for a smaller product. Guys, I'll advise you to double check the product's legitimacy and price before buying it.

I dont even wanted to give a single star.worst service ever. I had sent my laptop for display repair & my TouchPad was also not working sometimes but when they gave it back to my my TouchPad & keyboard both are not working at all & now they are not even replying properly & saying mam aisa hi diya tha aapne.they don't even know how to talk. I will never ask anyone yo buy any HP product from there

Such a vulnerable Experience, People inside the store doesn't have legitimate behavior towards their customer. One of my fried lost his hard one just because of this unhealthy fraudulent customer service, if there would be a facility of negative star I should have go with that one useless fellow

Good HP store in Indirapuram, a little more training about products is required.
We purchased a printer few months back and HP manager was good and has complete knowledge.

Today the gentleman we met had little knowledge about All in one Desktop, although he was smart enough to sell us the same.

But still it’s advisable to have better training of products and catalogue available at dedicated stores.

Terrible staff with no intention to sell anything. Went there to buy a laptop, but they did not seem interested to entertain a customer. Their behaviour forced me to buy a laptop online and wait for 4 more days to get it delivered.

The person who is the incharge of this shop never seems to be in mood to sell a laptop. He just gives you yes or no information available or not, when the product will be available, knows nothing. HP should change the staff

Fraudulent people at "Park Network Pvt Ltd, UGF-118, UGF-121, Orange County Indirapuram". Please check your price in nearby shops twice before buying anything from them. They are frauds and always overprice goods

They sold simmtronics 4gb ddr4 2666mhz ram to me at Rs 3500 whereas everywhere it is available at Rs 2033.
