I recently had the pleasure of visiting the HP World Store in Lucknow, Hazratganj and I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful. You can reach to this store via Metro from Charbagh to taking the 20rupess tich towards the Munshi puliya From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist.
The store itself was well-organized, with a wide range of HP products on display. As someone who was in search of a new laptop, I was impressed by the extensive selection available. The layout made it easy to browse through different models, compare features, and make an informed decision.
Beyond their professional assistance, these two uncles also exuded a genuine sense of kindness and hospitality. They made sure I was comfortable and ensured that all my needs were met during my visit. Their warm demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, which added to the overall positive experience.
This is the Worst service center of HP, I didn't expect this from HP, I went to this "HP WORLD" and I told them to put 512 GB SSD but they put 256 SSD in my laptop and charge me 512 SSD cost and when I tried to negotiate about this matter then they said we must have misheard something. This is not acceptable by any store. This is really bad.
Very bad after sales services.non cooperative staff with 0 knowledge of the tech.the main technician has not even graduated from college, and they don't have any customer value thinking in them

My laptop was having charging issue within the 15 days of purchase I call them they solved my problem within the given time period and I got it replaced with new one
After purchasing hp laptop in a month, it started automatic shutdown. I called hp support team but they didn't resolve the issue. After laptop's screen freezed. I called retailer (Sigma) but their response was shocking. They simply said " insan ka bharosa nahi to machine ka kya". Worst experience.
