Hyundai Service - Capital Hyundai Sector 58

Worst service.no cooperation from either manager or CRM person.you will have to wait for your vehicle to be attended for 2 to 3 hrs without any reasons.
Mine is really worst experience.

Feeling happy to get my Hyundai Creta paid servicing done from this service centre.
Courteous and supportive service offered by Mr. Farhan is commendable.
Worth to revisit.

Not valuing the customer.
Cleaner is not requesting the customer to shift aside and use to do cleaning where we were sitting.
Service is ok.
Technical staff is ok but floor cleaning staff is unprofessional

Very nice customer service. Mr. Irfan (Service Adviser) and kunjbihariji (mechanic) are very polite and helping nature. They know better that how to fulfill customer's basic needs which ever is necessary.

A regular maintenance will burn your pocket and u will never go back to them. They make bill for almost everything from opening up any part of the car for servicing. Not able to understand what are servicing charges for if each servicing activity is additionally paid. They had no answer to that. Like they replaced the wiper rubber in 1000 rupees and then charged for service as well for replacing it. Somewhat 200 rupees.ur bill will make u sick and u will then have to pay for medical treatment. Stay away from them to stay healthy.

Mohd Irfan is great service advisor well explained and helped in first service and registration. Also I like the service center in terms of cleanliness.

Mr Farhan Siddiqui Greated me Very Vomble and carefully license to my quari very quickly he suspected me tha right way to get my problem solved and I felt vey happy and satisfied by hills proper girdens i thank Mr Farhan Siddiqui for the abbab?

There is Target for service an to achieve
There is incentives for every parts and oils
So remember weneca they say to change this and that.
Prons -
Sitting arena for customer with offer of coffee n tea (remember that's d way to make u feel comfortable so that they can take out money more from u while doin service or repair)
it's just myth we.all believe that it's genuine.
Cons - Hefty labour charges, they will speak very polite like meethi chhuuriii

They don't believe in repair and do only replacement even though there may be a small work which easily get repair but they will not

Mr Ravi Shristava who attended my santro car apprised minutely w r t car status and advise technically what is required/ not required trust is developed after driving car. Since beginning I alwAys visited Capital Hyundai then I transferred to MP and got service at Kota, Bhopal n Jhansi recently DS Hyundai Sector 58 Noida. At DSHyundai bill n service pattern n status remained completely unsatisfactory I politely made payment without any word just to delete my name for future. I found that Capital Hyundai rendered service with customer consent and to develop trust to serve longer

I would like to write a few praiseworthy words about Mr Ravi srivastava. He handled car servicing of my hyundai verna. He was a thorough professional man, did a fantastic job on my car. I must appreciate his work ethic and his commitment to the job. Well done

Fraud service center. They asked me Rs. 8900 +18% GST for normal service of Hyundai Eon.

Moreover, my AC was not working so they took 800 diagnoses charge and told me coil and some pipe need to be replaced which will cost 7000 +18% GST.

I didn’t get anything done from here. I used another third party service station network called Gomechanic, my service was done in 2500 including taxes. There was no problem with AC also, there was no gas and filter was dirty. So I recommend everyone to avoid this particular fraud service center.

Good consultancy related to service given by Mr Ravi Srivastava.
But at the end when i drove my car 2-3 days i have observed there is a sound like zup.zup.zup.producing during running.
I have checked it to service centre but nothing resolved as sound continued.
I am surprised even all cross lubrication, wheel balancing & alignment etc was covered in this services on chargeable basis but problem persist.

Again had a chance to visit the workshop. Mr Ravi helped again and must say that again an excellent work was done under his personal supervision. Brilliant experience overall.
