I have a nice experience of servicing i10 car. Technical staff explains everything clearly. They give the correct estimate of the work to be done. Delivers car on the committed time. Waiting room is also well maintained. You will also get call from Hyundai after service for feedback.
Good service provided by this workshop. They have the customer centric approach. They have very good state of the art facility and the automated diagnostic system to find out the issue in the vehicle. Although they don't have all the required spare parts available but they out their best effort to outsource so as to give customers the full satisfaction. Staffs are good and polite. Overall it's a good workshop.
Nominal work is done in the name of service, and the car is handed over, how does any car owner know what work has been done and what not, people get service done at the service center only because of trust, But even after Sarvish, the problems remain the same. And when asked about it no satisfactory answer is given. Even after giving time, they are made to wait for hours, it seems as if their work is over, now the customer keeps wandering. I am noticing one more thing, the one who has given wrong feedback in the review has been given by Thankfull's msg center, but the one who is not satisfied has not been given any reply,
