Had a well crafted professional behaviour with Mr. Ajay. He really worked hard to get my car ready ASAP. Other staff was also cooperative. Expectations were fulfilled.

Worst experience. I bought my creta from this dealership. Accessories were not genuine. Also my experience at service was not good. They add unnecessary items. They don’t give proper solutions. Also force to give them good ratings.

I went for my i20's third service, pathetic experience!
It took them 4 hours just to change oil and filters, the guy who was washing my car probably did something with the windshield wipers because of which I got scratches on the windshield of a 2 year old car. I asked them to update the infotainment system and after multiple excuses and later agreeing, they simply forgot to do so:)
WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER.

Worst hyundai show room, these people will fool you and your money its been 4 month i didn't got my registration done yet, and none of them are res0onsive, so pls do think alit before buying car from MR, they are the most irresponsible people.

This service center is the worst ever I came across in my life. The General Manager of service center was extremely rude & money hungry.

I went for the service "Hyundai Verna", everything was fine, they diagnosed & told me ECM is faulty & it will cost me 1.25 Lakh.

I decided not to get car serviced from them & asked them to return car. They handed me bill for 2000 for diagnosis.

I threaten to call Hyundai customer care then they changed the bill to 1000. Even then I wasn't ready & was going to call customer care, then again they changed the bill to 400 which I have settled.

It looks like there was no fixed price for any associated service.

Actual problem not solve have to go another hundai service station due to unavailability of a part.they keep saying it will come and wasted more then one week.

Very bad experience with MR Hyundai Service center. Two weeks gone and issue not resolved by the service center. They didn't take the responsibility morally and problem in our car increased further due to their delay, keeping their customers at risk. They just kept postponing that part is ordered and taking time.and in the end accepted that they are not able to order the part. Sunrise hyundai service far better as they recorded the problem online and ordering the part in 3 days.

Very bad experience on 2nd service. They put additional things in the to do list and when I asked them to cancel my job card they start telling that these are optional thing. Very aggressive and non listening staff.

I took my car for service to M R Hyundai as we moved to Sahibabad recently. I had some issues in my car like
1.leakage due to which Rain water was coming in and the mats were wet.
2. Break Pad replacement
3. AC
4. Car Stereo was not working properly
5. Indicator light on Rare view mirror (Left)
6.belt replacement

I specially told them that I have changed the Oil and Filter and not to change both the things. So for all this they gave me a quote for 25000 and told me that if there will be no need of spare parts, the bill will be below the quote.

When the car was ready, they told me the bill is more than 35000. They did so many things which I did not ask them to do and missed on the basic things which I told them to do.let me start the story here.

1. They changed the clutch plate, my car is been single hand driven by my Father and It has run on around 41000 km.there was no need to change the clutch plates. Only my clutch was little hard.

2. Stereo - The stereo had a minor problem of wiring, which they told me that "We checked and it is not working you have to repair outside". But actually they did not even look at it. The problem was so simple I took it to a shop and got it done for just 100 Rupees.

3. Due to the leakage problem they was some water in the car, which I specially mentioned to clean with Vacuum cleaner as the mat was stinking due to it. I was in a hurry while taking the car and after I finished my work is noticed that they did not vacuum any water from the car and it was as wet as while handing them over.

4. They added an additive in m engine oil without telling me, and even after my instruction to not touch the oil and the filter.

5. Indicator - They told me that I have to change the whole rear view mirror as they can not change only the light on it.

6. They have imposed me with the labour charges of INR 15000+ on my bill, which is crazy.

7. They also changed left side arm, which they told me is bend and must be changes.

The Service advisor told me that all the parts which are been replaced, the old one will be kept in the boot, but as expected I did not see even single part present there.

More to that, when I raised an issue with the washing &Cleaning of my car, the customer relation team member came aggressively to me and started asking me the "tell me where it is not clean properly". I told her that I have cleaned it myself with tissue paper, she pushed me to close the complaint here and then.

I have a request to all Hyundai car owners to not service their vehicle at MR Hyundai as they will only add up your problems instead solving them.

Worst Services center. I have ever seen. Owner just replied the review. I think that was auto reply after that no action. Everything is fake.

Worst Service i have seen in my life. I never Recommend anyone to bought car from that dealer. Especially their sales manager do not know how to speak with customer. If you go to him for any concern. He does not have any answer even he don't have manners to speak.

I bought New Santro Sportz from that showroom. Since i bought car from them. They gave me trouble only. I recommend everyone never vist to buy car from that dealer. Even their manger do not have manners to speak with customers. I went to repair my wheel cover and my car still in under warranty. They did not provide me even new wheel rim or cover. If i ask them they said we do not have any answer. I spoke to Hyundai about the same hyundai said that not our fault that from dealer side. So please do not vist that Mr Hyundai to buy car.

This is the worst Hyundai service centre that i have ever visited. The service quality is third class and the advisors are all misbehaved and incompetent. I had to visit the service centre 10 times for a small problem and yet everytime they sent me the car without fixing anything. Service advisor Mr. Ajay is very misbehaved and talked to me rudely. On being asked why was the car not fixed, he said the car has no problem when clearly it has. He had the audacity to call and complain about me to my parents. What is this Hyundai? Are you running a coaching institute? I have been an owner of 3 hyundai cars and never have I ever had to face this much torture and mental harrasment for such a simple problem. I swear i am never going to buy a Hyundai again if this is what i have to face. All the visits to the service center wasted my time, my money. I had to cancel so many of my plans. The staff instead of concentrating and solving my problem, They are telling me that I don't know how to drive properly! I am amazed at their audacity! I have always been a Hyundai fan, I follow all their efforts on WRC. The reason i chose to buy a hyundai is because its reliable, comfortable and has good service quality, but so far it has been a nightmare. Please don't get a Hyundai, its a terrible experience and never ever go to MR hyundai. I had such high expectations of the Hyundai brand but it seems I was wrong. This is just unacceptable.

Not worth at all, service advisor will keep you waiting and will tell you parts are not available store in charge will repeat the same thing, I personally experience this problem, not recommended at all.
