ICICI Bank Ghaziabad-Branch & ATM

From last 4-5 months, they take 1-2 hour to provide the demand drafts, earlier which was only 10- 15 minutes process.

I was there to open a new account, I didn’t get any help. The person talking to me was asking very weird questions and didn’t open my account.

One of the worst ICICI bank branch. Even public sector bank are better in comparison to this branch. Most of the staff are constantly busy in phone calls instead of solving customer query/problem

Utter disappointment. We wanted to get a Forex card, we were out comparing HDFC, Axis and ICICI. The response and interaction with the staff here was so rude and unfriendly that we did chose not go ahead with ICICI, even when we had our account in it. The people dealing with the Forex card had absolutely no clarity of the product and internal will to explain it to prospective customers.
