I wish I could just scold the guys here. Poorer than SBI where the staff don't even give sufficient information to the customers and keep them coming again and again for just submitting a form. Worst ever ICICI Bank staff. I don't know for what reason they bear so creepy attitude on their faces as if they own the bank. Worst experience
Mujhe passbook chaiye thi or kabhi branch ma gya like east kailesh colony, sector 2. Finally mujhe passbook mili sector 60 ki branch ma or service bhi kafi acchi hai

Worst branch of ICICI bank. Being a CA dealt with many banks and several branches of ICICI. Cases: Several times they dont even maintain balance of 50,000/- Took almost 1 month to open my current account giving excuse of technical reason. Took Ekyc almost 5 times on different occasions. Today went to deposit cash but gave excuse that Cash is closed at 2 PM and cash cant be deposited. Some of the managers dont even have knowledge of products ICICI bank is offering.

Manage and staff are trained to divert the customer to another branch.if you’ll ask for cheque book they will tell you unavailability of stationary. Just sit for a while you’ll see they don’t treat the customer equally and this is not first time I have observed.this has happened many times and everyone knows this branch for treating customer rudely.
