Very poor service not even they do a single address update in 1: 30 hour staff even not active

I went to the bank for address change but icici bank person filled wrong pincode. Because of that I have to come again to the bank for this correction.

Today I visited this branch and found Vandana very helpful, she quickly provide the solution to change address and closing on my reimbursement account. Much appreciated!

Services are well good. Even I lost the challan but still Subham Tiwari ji helped us getting whole challan details and helped us in getting resolved in a minimal time.

The employees of this branch have no knowledge. Untrained staff misguided me and same is the case with other ICICI bank branches in Greater Noida.

Very unlike of an ICICI Bank branch. Majority of the staffs are ladies, and they keep more busy on their mobile phones than the customers. No gender bias, but honest observation. Though it's very less crowded, you have to wait for at least half an hour to get even a simple task done.

Is it really a ICICI branch? The service, behaviour is of 3rd grade govt bank.not ICICI which is known for its customer service.
