ICICI Bank Sector 110, Noida-Branch & ATM

Visited branch for Rtgs and Neft without chq, Mr Rana helped me a lot doing the digital Neft, superb services ever.

Whenever I visit branch for cash deposit or withdrawal my work done on fast mode, excellent services provided all time, my favourite branch.

Very helpful staff in the branch.
Specially the DBM Ms Meenakshi ji always there to help.

NO ratings, Even the employees not handling the queries and customers properly. Not picking calls, Fake assurance, false promises. I went 3 times to get my name corrected but every time they turned me back on the pretext of network problem.and He says for the last time, go and get it done from some other branch

This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their customer handling skills. I had been personally briefed about the Investment in a professional manner and got enough clarity to make the decisions. The staff has good knowledge on their products.

Banks will never change be it private or government. Ask on the next counter is all they like to play. Let the counter be free then we'll attend is all you would hear. Visiting a bank is a pain and I don't think this is ever going to change. Nobody cares about the issue.

Is there any email id available for this branch to send any request? Can anyone suggest a working phone number for this branch. No one is picking up the phone and I do not see any email id to send the queries. Being an NRI customer it is seems to be nearly impossible to connect to the branch.
