ICICI Bank Sector 48, Noida-Branch & ATM

Excellent service by the staff (Prashant). I was late but he happily served me out of office hours.

Really a fantastic experience while visiting the branch. Excellent wifi connectivity and seamless transaction availability. The staff is also very supportive.

I was overwhelmed by the services I received from icici bank executive priyanka Bhadauria ma'am in sec-48 branch. She was quick in solving queries and was poilte.highly appreciated.

Staff missing. Waited there for 20 minutes around midday 12 o'clock to open an account. No one is available there except a security guard who keeps calling them to show up on the counter to deal with customers.

The service was excellent, had a very good experience with the Branch Manager, Mr Mayank and the staff, Laxmi, they have been so helpful and giving me all the help i needed. Wish the best for the branch.

Insufficient parking. Has wealth management section. Service is reasonable. Front road currently under construction.

This branch having all unprofessional people. Manager here has no idea to talk with customer.
Even they did not provide any service to customer. They always suggest to do it yourself through net banking or Içici mobile App.

Very poor service and in this branch one person is working Mr.prasoon he is not responding after providing wrong information and also behave very unprofessionally
