Very good ATM service by ICICI bank. Multiple ATM machines are available and one can deposit the cash also at this location. Cheque drop facility is also available.

Very friendly staff. Whenever I visit branch Mr. Manish Sharma & Mr. Bintu Kumar is ver helpful to sort out any issue or service within time.

Professional staff with helpful attitude, specially the Branch manager Mr Praveen Kapoor always ready to attend every customer with a Big smile

I have been visiting the Icici bank ltd Noida sector 61 since long and I'm very much satisfied with the services every time.it's being a good experience always to get services from this branch only.

Mr Deepu Singh assisted me very well and the bank services are amazing, all issues are handled very well and all staff is very cooperative

Very helpful Staff and Branch manger. They were able to help me very quickly. Infact the task was done before the committed time. It's a little busy and noisy branch, but if u have little patience, you will come out Satisfied.

Being this my home branch I was expecting they will issue my normal debit card, but they didn't. They keep convincing me to get expression debit card, which they charge extra every year. Another ICICI branch in Delhi issue my normal debit card. If some other branch is able to issue my normal debit card then why not my home branch.
On top of that when I went to collect my debit card, which was issue by some other branch to be collected in home branch, they gave me a feed back form to be filled. I gave then 9 out be 10, the person who gave my debit card said why 9, why not 10. Any how I didn't want to have nay argument so gave then 10 and told them the reason why I gave them 9 but later changed to 10 on their request. I shouldn't have but that wouldn't have made any difference as they themselves were the feedback form, so they would have removed my feedback form.

I have visisted with multiple queries but including manager are not helping. I though icici would be great bank to invest but I was wrong, no once cares about your query.so pathetic branch.going to widraw all money and close the account soon

In all I have been to 3/4 branches of ICICI in Noida, Delhi and Calcutta put together. Not much by any standard. But everywhere I have found their staff helpful and efficient.

Today 18 sept, I visited this branch and really found great improvement, icici has always been a great choice however what i saw today was outstanding.the branch manager unlike a senior
Executive was out on a round checking all employees n also help all customers waiting or looking for help. He went to each person asking how he could assist. This was a great service n a great Manager.keep it up icici

The staff of icici is too rude with the customer and I went to know about Mine saving account, instead of guiding me they keep on telling me that icici is a privilege bank and only for rich people, and does not open Zero balance account. Acc.to them Icici just fooling general public by advertising that we opens Zero balance account by opening Mine saving account. Specially the mam on counter no. 4. They told me to go to sector 62 branch as they opens mine saving account. When i reached their the mam that customer counter guided and provided full information and also told me that mam on counter 4 have misguided you. I went to bank on 17-07-2021 around 1: 30 pm.

Worst branch of ICICI bank I have ever visited.
Staff not gives proper information. I visited this branch 3 times to clear lean of my account which was arise due to bank staff mistake but my problem not solved till yet. I visited here 8th Nov 2020,25th March 2021 and 16th June 2021 three times.
