Reviewing my recent experience opening an NRI account: Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account at ICICI. Had to close my resident account and then took a few days to open the new NRE account. ICICI uses a Kit system where your internet banking credentials, debit cards and pins are all put together into a kit and handed over right at the time of application ensuring that you dont have to wait weeks to get this account actually activated. Account was fully activated in about 4 working days. Also to appreciate the work done by the executive, Ritu Ahuja - polite, warm and very efficient in getting everything done asap. Thanks and renewed my faith in continuing my over a decade long relationship with a very tech savvy ICICI bank!

Worst services ever, agent told that Bank account will be opened in 3 days.
It has been more than 8 days and agent is not picking up the phone, Worst banking service ever. Still no word from the bank after multiple emails.

I m already holding my account in this branch. Staff is very rude not cooperative. Unnecessary charges always debit from my account and they don’t have answer for that. Now finally decide to close my company account from this bank and I will never suggest anyone to open ur account in ICICI BANK

Most of the staff do not know the process. They will keep on wasting your time. I have submitted request for closure of PPF account and It is more than 20 days and my application is not closed yet. I am the one who is asking status everyday and staff has so many excuses-holiday, not well, could not get time, waiting for update from management. Irresponsible and unprofessional staff. Government banks are better than this bank. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Very poor service. No RM assigned to HNI account. No service to corporate account. We had to close our account because of poor service and harassment from bank

On the verge of closure. They have no basic sense of handling customers. Half of them will try to sell you different products which has no relation to your visit request. They will push you to a corner on the pretext of helping and them offer you cheap loans, gold loans, car loan. FD karwa lo sir, RD karwa lo sir.marne wala insurance karwa lo sir!

Very pathetic service and for non financial work you want us to come to branch every time it can be done through a phone call only atleast provide a proper phone number on your website don't just put a number which we can't connect. No difference between govt bank atleast they have proper number you don't have that also.

Very very bad, can't say the way this bank works.on website its closing time is 430 pm whereas it was shut by 03 pm. My wife had to return back after travelling 25 km at about 415 pm and there was no one at the bank.except the security guards. Strange are the ways of private sector bank.

Same as I expected from bank people! They will not entertain much if you visit branch for a normal reason. They will try to stay away from you as long as you are not giving something (useful for their target) to them and keep wasting time. This is how they give service!

There is no difference between goverment bank and this. It's a private bank just for a namesake. I have been waiting since 45 minutes for a small non financial work. Third class bank and third class service. And why do your customer had to visit branch even for a non financial work. Don't you have facilities online. Pathetic!

Lady sitting at the complaint counter is pathetic and rude.it seems like she does not want entertain any query from the customers. Worst experience. The way she talks is so arrogant and unsupportive. @icici please employ people who has manners and etiquette.

I have opened one ICICI PRUDENTIAL. Policy which has been matured on 10.07.2020 and one Balanced Advantage Fund growth (Mutual fund) through ICICI Bank Sec-18 Noida Mrs. Neha Garg. Now I am suffering from Kidney failure and under Dialysis at J. P. Hospital, Noida. So I am in financial hardship. I try no of time to Mrs. Neha over phone but she has not respond. I also sent What's App msg yesterday with document asking the procedure for encashment of both the policy so that I send my son for collection of form etc for my signature as I am not in a position to walk properly. But no response yet frm Mrs. Neha Garg. May ICICI Bank help me in the above issues?

Very Bad service.
I visited there for close my icici saving account which branch is sec-12, DMAT account also attached with this,
Then they told me, " you have to visit sec-12 branch".

and when i visited sec-12,
sec-12's executive told me first you have to close your DMAT account from sec-18 branch after that you can close your saving account from any branch.

On 19th Sept i visited again sec-18 but that was saturday DMAT closing officier was at leave that day
So I get worried again.

Today I visited this branch but could not done my KYC done as the device was not operational. I have to return from there barehanded. Atleast you ppl should have extra device with you to get the work done.

For each and every work, we have to reach to Bank, there is not telephonic service for this Branch. Even to get a Loan statement, minimum 2-3 hours waiting.

ICICI bank at Sec 18, Noida is a very big branch. The younger staff there is very proactive and helpful. But people who have spent years with ICICI seems to be a bit laidback at this branch. My experience at the Loan section (two counters, both gentleman) was not very good. One gentleman had issue with his laptop and the other one with his desktop. It was not the technical glitch that i was annoyed about, but the mannerisms, approach and the amount of time this guy took to do a loan closure of mine, despite people waiting was sad to see. He seemed to be in no hurry with my documents, whereas i wanted it to be finished quickly so that the waiting customers could be attended. I could clearly see that for him lesser the customers to deal with in a day the better. I am sure this can be addressed once someone from the management highlights it to both of them.

When I went to brach for complaint the executive was not in place for more than 20 min and when she came back she was handling other customers and told me to wait or else you can go to branch manager so rude her name was Manisha

The timings of the bank is from 8 am to 8 pm. But the bank was not even open at 8 am. It opened at 8.15. No staff came to bank even after 9. If they cannot respect time, why do they have the timings mentioned like that. They should change it. Came here on another day and waited for an hour and left because their servers were down (because of cable issues). One word, poor service from a private sector leading bank.

Update - It took me more than 1 hour to get a passbook issued. ICICI has to really improve their services.

The branch is conviniently located and is visible from the main road itself. It is in the same building in which Movie time theater and Mainland China restaurant is located. It is also considered to be an Electronic branch of ICICI where deposits and some other features are available of self kiosk. The layout of the Bank is quiet useful. Just after entering on the right side one can find 4 ATM machines with a kiosk dedicated to credit cards so one can chose the best card. To the left is enquiry counter where the ladies sitting are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. At the T upper bar is the teller counters. There is proper sitting area for visitors to wait. Branch is neat and clean, spacious, and well air conditioned. I still feel that if the bank starts a token system for the walk in customers for their query then the whole area will be more organised. I visited the bank to apply for a new debit card and same was executed much before the time promised.

I went there to open FD for loan which I took from vasundhara branch. I was sent to preveleged section as I am prevelege customer. For 20 mins I was asked to wait when i told my query to thm initially. Then an employee named PRATIBHA called me and she was like WE wont make fd, why cant vasundhara branch make the same. To every other person coming to her she was saying that its not her job. God knows what her job is. She fought with one of other employee for same reason saying that she won't do something. Anyone can confirm from employeea who sit beside her. Very unprofessional on her part. I found staff disgusting and i wont recommend anyone to go there. When preveleged customers are treated like this then just think about normal ones.

Waiting period is exceptionally long despite of less traffic. 5 min job will take more than an hour.

This bank is situated near metro station. You have to wait for some time to resolve any issue, but amazing service is provided here.
