Abundance of experience in neuroscience Dr. D.k. Vatsal sir, diagnose here but too much of waiting period for appointment of him.usually 3 months minimum waiting period here but no one can compete him in neurology at Lucknow.

Best Neuro Hospital in UP. Dr Vatsal and his team is brilliant. Dr Vatsal is amongst the top Neurologist in India. Best Hospital in UP and NCR for Brain and Neuro related problems with most Affordable treatment cost. My father suffered with severe Paralysis attack and was referred by another good hospital. Icon Hospital just took 5 mins of paper work and immediately admitted him in ICU. And after 5 days he was discharged from the hospital in very good condition. Hats off to his entire team.

First thing I want to ask that Dr. Or the management does not give there Reply on any problem reported by the Patients. This is overconfidence. They do not want to improve.

The cleanliness of the hospital is pathetic. This hospital shows it’s self as modernity equipped hospital but they lack in many things. They should hire more doctors and also empathise on cleaning. Washrooms stinks, galley area stinks. Just because people from UP doesn’t pay attention to all these they are very lenient in all these.

Worst hospital ever in my experience. Doctors interested only to keep patients with scope of surgery. Patients who do not require surgery are not given attention and are convinced to move out. As compared to Delhi, I guess in Lucknow, most of the hospitals have no professionalism, something UP government should consider to improvise upon.

Very bad.very bad staff.so bad faculties.we lost our grandfather becoz of icon hospital bad faculties.we just hateee icon hospital.hatee.

Without a doubt it is the best hospital for neuro patients. My father's life was saved by Dr D. K.vatsal. Their success rate in saving life is above 90 percent. Proper cleanliness, well behaved staff. If you have an emergency you would not worry about paper work, they will accelerate to the process as fast as possible. But if you don't have an emergency then the paper work will take about 2 to 3 hrs. One thing more their fees are so high.

Good doctor but worst of worst management and facilities in private ward. Water supply stops working, AC doesn't work, open windows in room allowing mosquitoes in room in times when whole country is fighting hard from dengue. I lost hope after complaining till 3rd consecutive days. Each time they offer to change the room or use public toilets because of no water supply.

I was having lower back pain extending upto my left leg. Dr DK Vatsal suggested for surgery. After the surgery, my left leg is OK, but the same problem has now come to my right leg.

It has been complete 10 months since my surgery took place, but still I am having lower back pain extending upto right leg. Even the condition is worse than before surgery.

If you are looking for slip disc surgery, then don't visit this hospital. Please get it done in some good hospitals, where they have advanced technology.

Too much irresponsible and bad behaviour of staff i booked the room and next morning I was supposed to shift they given to another person and increasing the icu charges unnecessary

Icon is very poor quality and service hospital. The doctors and staff are highly unprofessional. There was not even a single doctor that was available in the emergency. My father had a major cut after falling from Activa and they asked us to wait for 2 hours to get the first aid. They don’t know how to provide first aid to the patients.

Recently we have gone for surgery of my mother in law who is at very critical stage and some of the doctor denied for the treatment as she is at very old age. But when we have consulted with dr. Vatsal at icon hospital he has done very critical surgery n now she is fine n fit. Thanks to Dr vatsal n his team

Very worst experience, staff is so rude and dr is even not bother to see problems of patients. No proper system, no proper information given by staff. Very very very bad experience. Never go for icon hospital. Please consider other doctors also who are much better than them.

Well maintained now as compared to a year back. Good treatment by doctors. Staff is good and helpful.
