Review after almost completion of my home construction project - My earlier review was based on initial one month work done by engineer cum contractor (Mr.deepak). All gone well till 50% work completion. After that the real problem starts with complete failure of planning and money management by Deepak. He has taken 90% of money (as per written signed agreement) while work completion is about 65%. Now he had surrender saying more extra money required to finish the work. He left me helpless in between of completion of my home and he had not paid any of his sub contractors even 25% of their already executed work. His all good behavior and simple vision (In earlier phase of work) have vanished now. The only demand is more and more money to carry on the day to day work. I have to finish my all pending work by my own and he have not even supported me as engineer for rest of pending works of my home construction. He is highly unprofessional person with very selfish work attitude. Always producing new and un-imaginary excuses for delay at his part. Initially you will misunderstand him by his simple and always yes saying attitude but once he gained your trust, than he will show his real truly unprofessional behavior and let u stand alone in the middle of your own project.
Please be aware by taking my case as an example and not let him fool you in the middle of your work.
Final words to Mr.deepak and Imagination shaper is not not not recommended at all for construction part. His architect ability may be ok but he is worthless as Contractor.

I'm from Telangana, but working in tamilnadu. Recently I have been constructing my father's dream house with the support of great Imagination Shaper.
They are really intelligence in giving planning. In my case they given 4-6 revisions for 2D and 3D
also.
Special thanks to Deepakji since his response is very nice all the time when I call for doubts.
Overall, Any one can go confidently for this consultant to fulfill their desire.
Only thing draw back with them was they couldn't verify site conditions & can't check the quality of materials required for construction. Any how, I had managed by engaging a local site engineer.
