Pahle to bahut acha tha per Aaj ka experience bahut bad raha. Staff bahut lazy h aur sirph time pass karta h.

One star because optometrists and staff works hard. But meeting Anjum Mazahari ruined my visit. Also, doctor was greedy and asked me to not come to IGEHRC in future, but rather meet him in clinic owned by him.

All Doctor is good but in room no. 109 staff behavior is so rude. They don't behave properly with patients.

My mother has glaucoma, so I took her there. Staff and doctors are polite. Patients go through a thorough routine check up. One may have to wait alot because of high no. Of patients. It may take one's whole day due to the long procedure.

One of the bad hospital in terms of clarity of tests, rude behaviour of staffs, doctors are good. They don't understand the value of time. None is ready to pick call on many occasions. I will not recommend this hospital.

They called us 8 in morning ask to sit for instructions after that all staff nurses started gossiping after 4hours they remembered that they've 10 patient fir the instructions then one of them came and told us not to worry she said wait here I'll be there in couple of minutes and she came after 2 hour with discharge slip.
Lol I'll live without eyes but won't go there for treatment. Mr MD if you're reading this please Do something fine or whatever you can but maintain few discipline in your staff and teach them to deal with the patient how to put happiness on every one's face. And one thing more waiting here in AC is not a problem but we're paying for it you are not doing it for free so it's better to improve your facilities. It'll be better for both of us for the Hospital's reputation nd patients "time"

I am a patient of this hospital last 4 year and in 4 year my eye number is continuously increasing Apart from decreasing or remaining constant.
From here I got C3R done.

Hospital is good for eye operation but you have to reach as earliest as possible as there is rush and since there are lotoff check up so some check may take time too much and you have to come next day

And its difficult for one who came from outside lucknow.

So for better response reach hospital before 10 am if you are outsider.

Good hospital for eye care. It caters almost all types of eye related disorders. It has a team of excellent professional doctors with back up of good paramedical staff. In the beginning of the treatment it takes a little bit more time but during future visits it eases out.
The hospital also runs routine camps outside it's campus in nearby cities and towns on a regular basis.

Some years back it was very nice hospital with good doctors and staff. But now it is very bad. It's main aim seems to earn money. Doctors are forcing for cataract surgery and are not giving even eye site test report and medical prescreption. The doctors in cataract section are forcing the patients for immediate surgery without considering patients condition. It is a harassment.

Staff named ARCHANA had a very rude, impatient behavior with lot 9f attitude who seems to sit somewhere around Registration counter. Security and other staff was far better than her and tried to help us. Without knowing what the patient went through in the past, this staff named Archana started talking rudely about the registration card inspite of me requesting her that the patient has went through lot of problems in the past and has not the registration details with her. I guess the staff must be polite specially at the front desk.

Registration no 691954 It is one of the pathetic eye hospitals where interns are treating the patient with no idea, just in village you find the "praticner" who by trail and hit method treating the patient, same you will find here all so young staff and inexperienced, not a single doctor who seems to be exposed for 5 years and they are treating people who thinks like me they will be a good hospital under charitable support but alas! Same poor stuff filled like Rahul and Priyanka totally useless doctors.

Team of doctors is good and also good in behaviour but the rest staff is very rude to patients they don't even want to talk to you and if they answer any of your queries they answer it very rudely. Very disappointed by the staff in such big hospital where patients come from out of city just to see this type of behaviour of staff.

Best! Even after so many patients visiting OPD daily they manage everything very beautifully. They have all state of the art medical equipments and best medical team to handle everything. In Rs. 200/- OPD you can not expect anything more.

Fees and surgery cost are similar to private hospital. It's better to go to private hospital. They will give better service at same price and it will save your time also. Staff is also not good in comparison to private hospitals. Even if BP pf patient is high they won't tell u. First they will ask you to deposit surgery fees and on the day of operation they will say they can't perform surgery because of high BP. Believe me. They are fraudsters.

It became Worst hospital please never go here for treatment specially for retina or glucoma surgery. My brother had retinal detachment problem we went to this hospital next day because we heared so much abt this hospital.dr. Shireen pandey cheked my brother eyes. I swear she is worst doctor here in this hospital for retina. She said its new case we will do fast surgery nd all eye sight will recover bt they were asking too much fee nd we r belong to poor family so we said guve some time to arrange money because it was also coronavirus time. Someone told us that in medical college it will take less fee so next day We went to medical college bt there was so many corona cases so i was arranging money as i decided to go to dr.shireen pandey again. 3 times we got call from hospital that do u want to do surgery or nt we took loan nd we went back to hospital after 5 days. Dr. Shireen pandey did surgery nd we came back home at night my brother felt so much pain in eyes. We cnt talk doctor we cnt talk to doctor we waited till morning nd we went to hospital next day they said we put more oil we hv to remove some oil we will do surgery again because pressure is too high in eye. Dr. Shireen pandey did surgery again they charged fee again. Still pressure didn't control then she said he has glucoma now we will remove oil we will put gas we will do surgery again. They said it will be fine after putting gas nd they charged again we took loan again nd they did 3rd surgery. But nothing became fine nd my brother's all eye sight gone. He cnt see anything totally blind with one eyend that glucoma is still same dr. Shweta tripathi nd dr.sagun did treatment 3 months bt they cnt control pressure.my brother cnt do job cnt do his works because evytime headache nd pain in Both eyes we go to hospital bt they r nt ready to do any kind of treatment. They r nt taking any responsibility. Glaucoma head doctor is very good and satisfying to patients. Highly latest equipped testing are there to test patients in reasonable price. Only nurses behaviour is not satisfactory. They don't reply to any one and waste time in sending patient's file to required destination. Secondly for old patients nurses take at least more than one hour in searching old record. This is just waste of time. Also this record keeping is an very old method. Rest is satisfactory.

इस अस्पताल में आने के पूर्व पूरा दिन लग जाता है और यह भी पक्का नहीं है कि इलाज दूसरे दिन भी संभव हो पाए आजकल की व्यस्त जिंदगी में एक-दो दिन 3 दिन की छुट्टी लेना हर प्राइवेट एंपलाई के लिए बहुत ही कष्ट दायक है ऐसा ही मेरे साथ हुआ कि मेरे आंख में एक छोटी सी गांठ थी और मैं इलाज कराने अस्पताल आया लेकिन उस आंख की गांठ को ना देख कर इन्होंने पूरी आंख की जांच कर ली सुबह से शाम हो गई और आखरी में मुझे एक दूसरे डॉक्टर के पास भेजा गया जो कि ग्लूकोमा का डॉक्टर था और वह कहता है कि यहां की गांठ के लिए आपको एक तीसरे डॉक्टर के पास जाना होगा और वह डॉक्टर आपको परसो मिलेगा क्योंकि उनके पास ऑपरेशन के काम बहुत रहते हैं मुझे समझ में नहीं आता कि जिस समस्या के लिए मैं गया उस समस्या का समाधान उसी समय होना चाहिए था या उसकी एक डेट फिक्स हो जानी चाहिए थी लेकिन नहीं पूरे सरकारी तंत्र की तरीके से जांच हुई और दूसरी जांचों के लिए फिर एक नया दिन मुकर्रर किया गया फिलहाल मैंने प्राइवेट अस्पताल से इलाज करा लिया है मैं दोबारा नौकरी पर आ गया हूं बहुत ही कम समय में इलाज होकर अपने काम पर लग गया हूं

बहुत ही खराब अनुभव रहा मैं इस अस्पताल में करीब 10 12 वर्षों से जा रहा हूं लेकिन अब पहले जैसी बात नहीं रही यहां पर सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ का व्यवहार काफी खराब है इस सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ को पहले ट्रेनिंग की आवश्यकता है कि कैसे पेशेंट के साथ व्यवहार करें यही हाल रहा तो यह सब अस्पताल की छवि का काफी नुकसान करेंगे और लोग यहां आना नहीं चाहेंगे

Reception never pics your call. Few doctors are very unprofessional. A doctor said abruptly to my aged mother that "आप की आँख कभी ठीक नही होगी"

This hospital is somewhat of average quality. If you are planning to come here for check up then it takes whole day so if you have whole day only then come here. Also tthere is a spectacles store but the quality of frame is not good so i would recommend not buy any frame from this store.

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी के नाम पर इस नेत्र चिकित्सालय की स्थापना की गई है। साफ़-सफाई का स्तर बढ़िया है और सभी डाक्टर और कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा रोगियों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार किया जाता है। रोगी का पंजीकरण शुल्क मात्र रुपए 100/- है जो कि अन्य स्थानों के शुल्क के दृष्टिगत समीचीन है। यहां आने का एकमात्र साधन ‌टेंपो आॅटो ही है। निजी वाहन चालकों द्वारा मात्र दुपहिया वाहन लाया जा सकता है। यहां पर ग्लूकोमा (समलबाई), नेत्र रतौंधी, मोतियाबिंद, चश्मे से छुटकारा (लैसिक), फेम्टो लेज़र विधि द्वारा आॅपरेशन, नेत्र पर्दे की जांच और कुछ हद तक ठीक करने की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। प्रथम पंजीकरण बाद उस कार्ड को संभाल कर रखिएगा और अगली तारीख को वहीं कार्ड पुनः दिखाना होगा। साथ ही साथ रोगी को कोई अन्य बीमारी हो और उसका उपचार चल रहा हो तो समस्त विवरणों की पत्रावली डाक्टर को दिखानी होगी अन्यथा रोगी को हानि भी उठानी पड़ सकती है और कोई एलर्जी हो तो वह भी बताना आवश्यक है। समस्त पुराने कागजातों को लेकर जाया जा सकता है।

My medicine bill was 226 only, I have given 500 and billing staff return me only 200, just because of change.
